“Carry out Newly Buy or Re-equipping Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG) Vehicles Subsidy Program” carries out period from July 8, 2008 to July 7, 2009. The major items is to promote LPG vehicles, to finish the review, inspection and appropriation of LPG re-equipping subsidy application , to organize promotion conference, to make promotion brochures, and to set up a website, etc. Till June 7, 2009, each item execution is as follows: 1. This project organized one session of training of education for the member of this program. 2. This project invited the re-equipping companies, LPG taximen and LPG stations to the meeting about re-equipping technology information and maintain etc. This project has finished one session. 3. Thisproject organized one promotion conference for government organization. 4. This project organized one promotion conference for re-equipping companies, teachers and students of National Chia-Yi Industrial High School. 5. This project organized one dialogue conference for re-equipping companies, LPG stations, LPG taximen. 6. This project finished 4,000 copies of promotion brochure, and to distribute them to taximen in the train station and the hospital, and we also put it on the city hall and cultural center to advertise. 7. To set up a website for this program, put the subsidy essentials, application form, application examples, application progress, etc on this website, and let populace can query. 8. By “Environmental Protection Administration Subsidized Newly Buy or Re-equipping LPG Vehicles Subsidy Essentials”, to draft standard operation procedures (S.O.P) for the review, inspection of LPG subsidy application, examples, and to set up the website, etc. This project has finished the review, inspection and appropriation of LPG re-equipping subsidy application .There were 10 application cases in this project.
