The objectives of this project were to:
1.Inspective sampling the concentrations of Par,SOx,NOx,NMHC, HCl,NH3,Dioxin and heavy metals which emission from the flues of stationary sources.
2.Inspective sampling the concentrations of VOCs, Acetic acid, hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide and dimethyl disulfide which emission from the peripheral boundary.
3.Equipment element test 12003 point-times.
4.Open-Path Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer (OP-FTIR) detection of the use of VOC concentrations of the perimeter.
5.Has completed the sulfur content of liquid fuel in 14 random sample.
6. Has completed the 4 on-site surveys.
7.Order statement meeting 2 meeting completed.
