生活污水中個人保健品殘留化學物質之檢測技術建立研究(2/4)

中文摘要 個人保健品為日常生活中民眾基於健康照護、提神、美容、殺菌等目的而使用之個人或居家用品。這些藥品或成分於使用後或是因任意棄置,可經由多重管道進入環境中;雖然個別化合物濃度也許不高,但是水體生物或陸地生物可能長期持續暴露於多種藥物或保健品成分。   本計畫針對去年(計畫1/4)之調查所列出較為重要之鎮痛解熱劑、荷爾蒙及作用類似物、清潔用品成分、防曬劑、驅蟲劑、興奮劑等六大類共13種化合物,包括acetaminophen、caffeine、oxybenzone、DEET、triclosan、diclofenac、ibuprofen、naproxen、17α-ethynyl estradiol、estrone、17β-estradiol、estriol、nonylphenol (NP),完成水樣前處理技術開發,以及液相層析質譜質譜儀分析方法建立。 本計畫以UPLC HSS T3液相層析管柱(50 × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm pore size)及質譜質譜儀分析樣本,使用之有機動相為甲醇,水性動相為5 mM ammonium acetae。檢量線r值皆大於0.995。水樣前處理方法以Polar Plus C18, 50 mm固相萃取圓盤(J. T. Baker)搭配全自動固相萃取系統(Horizon SPE-DEX 4790)進行萃取500 mL水樣,添加13種標準品於試劑水之萃取回收率最少高於85.4%,添加於原水中之萃取回收率大多高於81%。 本計畫今年採集了淡水河系具代表性受體15點,以及四座污水處理廠之進放流水8個樣本,進行上述13個化合物之檢測。由分析結果顯示河川水體中caffeine濃度最高,為1963 ng/L。此外,結果亦顯示下游PCPs濃度較上游高的趨勢,且靠近出海口有被海水稀釋的現象。在污水處理廠的進流水中,以acetaminophen與caffeine的濃度最高,分別為15508 ng/L及32816 ng/L。在污水處理廠的分析移除率結果顯示,acetaminophen及caffeine的移除效果佳,可達95%以上。由這些結果顯示,這些化合物已廣泛分布於台灣北部水體環境。

The establishment of analytical methods for personal care product ingredients in municipal wastewaters(2/4)

英文摘要 Personal care products (PCPs) are used for daily health care, refreshment, cosmetology, disinfection etc. The pharmaceuticals or active ingredients may be abandoned or treated improperly and enter the environment. Although at trace levels, there is possibility that aquatic and terrestrial lives permanently expose to multiple sources of pharmaceuticals and active ingredients of PCPs. This project targeted 13 critical chemicals including acetaminophen, caffeine, oxybenzone, DEET, triclosan, diclofenac, ibuprofen, naproxen, 17α-ethynyl estradiol (EE2), estrone (E1), 17β-estradiol (E2), estriol (E3) and nonylphenol (NP). They were classified as analgesics, hormones and detergents based on the survey last year. We have completed the analytical method development for water sample pretreatment and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis. This project analyzed the above chemicals using LC-MS/MS and employed a UPLC HSS T3 column (50 × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm pore size). The organic mobile phase was methanol and the aqueous one was 5 mM ammonium acetate. The correlation coefficient of calibration curves were greater than 0.995. For sample pretreatment, PolarPlus C18 50mm speedisk (J.T. Baker) was used with automatic solid phase extraction system (Horizon SPE-DEX 4790). We sampled 15 representative points in Tamshui River basin and the influents and effluents in 4 wasteater treatment plants (WWTPs). The results revealed that caffeine levels were the highest in river water (up to 1963 ng/L). The concentrations of the PCPs in downstream were higher than in upstream. Sea water may have diluted the contaminants in river water near estuaries. Levels of acetaminophen, and caffeine (up to 15508 and 32816 ng/L, respectively) were the highest in WWTP influents; acetaminophen and caffeine were effectively removed by more than 95%. These results indicated the wide distribution of these compounds in environmental waters in northern Taiwan.
