This project is a sound resource management system, aiming to promote the reuse of waste for the environmental compatibility test / validation and evaluation of resource recycling products, reuse of engineering resources, reclamation of materials or products made of regulatory measures. Through the introduction of CPD of European Union and BMD of Netherlands, the environmental compatibility verification system and the environmental protection measures are gradually established (for example: ICM to establish, etc.). The introduction of the environmental impact assessment tool, LeachXS, from the National Energy Research Center of the Netherlands (ECN), serves as the reference assessment tool of future implementation of the reuse of resource recycling products for the establishment of localization system / database.
Therefore, this study adopted the European integration environmental dissolution / extraction test methods to analyze the Taiwan furnace slag and MSWI bottom ash. Specifically, this study focused on the integration environmental dissolution / extraction test methods (CEN TS 14429, CEN TS 14405) and the building materials decree of the Netherlands (BMD), aiming to examine the dissolution of inorganic substances (heavy metals) in slag and MSWI bottom ash, and whether the reuse of slag and MSWI bottom ash complies with the current environmental standards of BMD.
