99年度社區環境改造及環保小學堂專案管理計畫

中文摘要 環保署自民國八十六年所推動的「生活環境改造計畫」至九十九年所執行的「社區環境改造計畫」,其主要精神為採取由下而上的行動方式,配合地方社區的需求及特色,達到社區環境改善及提昇的主要目的。本年度計畫內容包括:(一)辦理縣市層級輔導會議、聯合提案社區審查會議及各縣市技術輔導團執行輔導計畫報告,以提高縣市及社區人員執行能力;(二)辦理社區經驗交流座談會,以達到社區間互相學習及借鏡之目的;(三)辦理聯合社區實地技術輔導,提供聯合社區執行協助;(四)協助直轄市及縣市執行「社區環境改造計畫」,並按季統計社區執行「社區環境改造」成果;(五) 辦理環保小學堂見學工作坊,使有心成長之社區藉由實作課程提供社區發展之新方向;(六)製作成果專輯及社區環保行動網更新,宣導社區環境改造計畫的意義與作法,加強經驗傳承;(七)辦理社區環境改造後民眾滿意度調查,以了解社區環境改造計畫執行成效。

2010Environmental Reforms & Learning Center Project

英文摘要 A series of environmental reforms have been implemented by Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) of Executive Yuan since 1997. Up to now, these environmental reforms of community (ERC) have received positive responses from communities. The purpose of this project is to promote the environmental quality of local community by meeting local demand and taking actions in a bottom-up style. The main works in this project included: (1) to hold assistant meetings and technical counseling meetings for public servant in local government and appraisal meeting for multi-community applications this year. (2) to hold experience sharing conferences for enhancing the mutual understanding among various communities. (3) to provide on-the-spot technical counseling for multi-community. (4) to assist local communities in implementing ERC project and to collect community indicators on a quarter basis. (5) to hold environmental learning conference for providing community empowerment with new directions. (6) to compile the publication of the achievement in the environmental development of community and environmental learning center in 2010 and to upgrade the information on the Community Environment Action Website. (7) to evaluate the effectiveness of ERC project by conducting a satisfaction questionnaire.
