99年度空品不良期間加強濁水溪沿岸街道揚塵管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫共完成下列主要工作，執行成果分述如下︰ 一、本計畫現階段已執行洗街長度累積達13,561.71公里，達成率為108%；人力掃街作業共計執行129天次，累積人力掃街長度共2,017.2公里，總達成率為100 %；推估機具洗街作業可削減TSP 187.15公噸、 PM10 35.26公噸。 二、本計畫總計洗街長度13,561.71公里，總用水量17,279.03公噸；各月單位長度(公里)用水量介於1.15~1.52公噸之間，平均用水量則為1.27公噸/公里，符合環保署規範數值及合約要求規範(單位用水量須大於0.9公噸/公里) 三、完成街塵(坋土)負荷量評估作業，採樣36點次，可作為本計畫執行成效分析與執行過程品質驗證之重要參考依據；執行2次水質檢測分析，共計採樣分析16點次，累計達成率皆為100%。 四、自11月6日起針對濁水溪沿岸林內鄉林中村活動中心、西螺鎮東南中學及麥寮鄉施厝社區活動中心等3處架設儀器進行PM10連續監測，總計執行3個月餘，可有效掌握濁水溪沿岸於東北季風時期PM10之影響分佈，作為後續執行之參考依據。 | ||

The project of spatial bad period enhancing the coast of zhuoshuixi river street dust washing the street privately owned and privately operated for 99 year
| 英文摘要 | This project was undertaken between October 1,2010 and March 31,2011.All items within the project have been completed and the results are as follows: The total length of street washing was 13,561.71 km (achievement rate 108%). Manpower street sweeping took 129 day to execute/complete. The total length of street sweeping was 2017.2 km(achievement rate 100%).We estimate that 187.15 tons of TSP and 35.26 tons of PM10 can be reduced by adopting machinery street sweeping. For the 13,561.71 km of street washing, the total amount of water consumed was 17,279.03 tons. In general, monthly water consumption ranges between 1.15 to 1.52 tons/km, with an average of 1.27 tons/km. This amount conforms to both the EPA’s established criterion and the agreement of this project (i.e., per unit water consumption must exceed 0.9 tons/km ). In assessing the loading of street dust, 36 samples were analyzed for air quality. These samples provided an important reference for assessing both the project’s execution effect analysis and overall quality confirmation. In assessing water quality, 16 samples were analyzed. The achievement rates for street loading and water quality examination both were 100%, respectively. | ||
