98-99年度毒性化學物質環境流布背景調查計畫(第二年)

中文摘要 本年度工作內容有(1)淡水河(本流)、大漢溪、新店溪、頭前溪、大甲溪、北港溪、秀姑巒溪、基隆河、客雅溪、朴子溪及將軍溪等11條河川底泥及魚體樣本採樣,進行樣本之總汞、可氯丹、毒殺芬、6種有機錫類物質、6種鄰苯二甲酸酯類物質、4種多溴二苯醚類物質、壬基酚及雙酚A等14種毒性化學物質及7種相關物質檢測分析;(2)毒性化學物質環境流布調查成果轉化為施政策略之運用;(3)更新歷年毒性化學物質環境流布調查資料庫。本年度共計完成11條河川,每條河川6個底泥樣本及3個魚體樣本,共計99個底泥及魚體樣本採樣,完成樣本檢測資料共計1,341筆,包括894筆底泥樣本檢測資料及447筆魚體樣本檢測資料。底泥中21種毒性化學物質及其相關物質之檢測平均濃度及範圍分別為,可氯丹ND-<2.0 ug/kg乾重;毒殺芬<2.0 (ND-4.7) ug/kg乾重;總汞0.177 (0.021-0.856) mg/kg乾重;鄰苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP),<0.05 (ND-0.06) mg/kg乾重;鄰苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP),<0.05 (ND-0.08) mg/kg乾重;鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),0.08 (<0.05-0.34) mg/kg乾重;鄰苯二甲酸丁基苯甲酯(BBP),0.08 (<0.05-0.43) mg/kg乾重;鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP),3.5 (0.08-23.6) mg/kg乾重;鄰苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP),ND;三丁錫(TBT),<0.05 (ND-0.19) mg/kg乾重;二丁錫(DBT),ND;單丁錫(MBT),<0.05 (ND-0.05) mg/kg乾重;單苯錫(MPhT),<0.05 (ND-0.21) mg/kg乾重;二苯錫(DPhT),<0.05 (ND-0.09) mg/kg乾重;三苯錫(TPhT),<0.05 (ND-0.08) mg/kg乾重;多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)總量39.5 (0.651-356) ug/kg乾重;壬基酚,1.53 (0.01-19.6) mg/kg乾重;雙酚A,22.6 (0.37-156) ug/kg乾重。魚體樣本含量平均值及範圍分別為,可氯丹<1.0 ug/kg濕重;毒殺芬2.4 (<1.0-10.2) ug/kg濕重;總汞0.063 (0.025-0.179) mg/kg濕重;DMP,ND-<0.03 mg/kg濕重;DEP,<0.03 (<0.03-0.20)mg/kg濕重;DBP,0.05 (<0.03-0.23) mg/kg濕重;BBP,0.03 (<0.03-0.15) mg/kg濕重;DEHP,0.23 (<0.03-1.7) mg/kg濕重;DOP,ND-<0.03 mg/kg濕重;TBT,<0.01 (ND-0.05) mg/kg濕重;DBT,ND-<0.01 mg/kg濕重;MBT,0.05 (ND-0.57) mg/kg濕重;MPhT,<0.01 (ND-0.02) mg/kg濕重;DPhT,<0.01 (ND-0.04) mg/kg濕重;TPhT,<0.01 (ND-0.03) mg/kg濕重;PBDEs總量4.99 (0.288-23.3) ug/kg濕重;壬基酚,76.2 (9.62-277) ug/kg濕重;雙酚A,1.13 (<0.625-12.3) ug/kg濕重。針對環境中測值偏高之物質,包括DEHP、PBDEs、壬基酚及雙酚A等,建議提升其管制等級,加強管制措施外,應與其他部會署協商加速商品之管制,或修正適當之管制措施。新增「毒性化學物質環境流布資料檢索系統」資料庫檢測資料1,341筆,以及「毒性化學物質環境流布文獻資料檢索系統」中、西文期刊596篇。

The Survey on the Environmental Distribution of Toxic substances from 2009 to 2010

英文摘要 The aims of this project were (1) to determine concentrations of chlordane, toxaphene, total mercury, organotin compounds, phthalates, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, nonylphenol and bisphenol A in sediments and fishes of 11 rivers (Tamsui River, Tahai River, Hsintien River, Toucain River, Tachia River, Beigang River, Hsiukuluan, Keelung River, Ka-Ya River, Putsu River, and General river) in Taiwan; (2) to apply the investigation results for policy-making of toxic substance management; and (3) to update the databases of environmental distribution of toxic substances.There were 99 sediment and fish samples collected from 11 rivers (each river collected 6 sediment and 3 fish samples) in this year. Fourteen toxic substances and seven related compounds were analyzed in each sample. There were 1,341 analytical data obtained, including 894 data from sediments and 477 data from fish samples. In sediment samples, the measured mean concentration and range of toxic substances were ND-<2.0 ug/kg dw for chlordane, <2.0 (ND-4.7) ug/kg dw for toxaphene, 0.177 (0.021-0.856) mg/kg dw for total mercury, <0.05 (ND-0.06) mg/kg dw for DMP, <0.05 (ND-0.08) mg/kg dw for DEP, 0.08 (<0.05-0.34) mg/kg dw for DBP, 0.08 (<0.05-0.43) mg/kg dw for BBP, 3.5 (0.08-23.6) mg/kg dw for DEHP, ND mg/kg dw for DOP, <0.05 (ND-0.19) mg/kg dw for TBT, ND for DBT, <0.05 (ND-0.05) mg/kg dw for MBT, <0.05 (ND-0.21) mg/kg dw for MPhT, <0.05 (ND-0.09) mg/kg dw for DPhT, <0.05 (ND-0.08) mg/kg dw for TPhT, 39.5 (0.651-356) ug/kg dw for total PBDEs, 1.53 (0.01-19.6) mg/kg dw for nonylphenol, and 22.6 (0.37-156) ug/kg dw for bisphenol A. For toxic substances with high levels found in the aquatic environment, such as DEHP, PBDEs, nonylphenol and bisphenol A, we suggested to promote their control rank and strengthen the control measures. It is necessary to consult and discuss with related administrations and departments in order to speed up the establishment or amendment of suitable control measures for products containing these toxic substances. The 1,341 analytical data analyzed in this year were updated to the database searching system for the distribution of toxic substances investigated by EPA, Taiwan. The investigation results from 596 English and Chinese journal articles were input into the database searching system for the distribution of toxic substances in many countries.
