The mission for this project is including inspect stationary source of pollutants from odor emitted; monitoring and maintenance the air quality monitoring vehicle; monitoring , operating and maintenance manual monitoring stations; noise petition monitoring; monitor non-ionizing radiation; monitoring road and traffic environment volume.
Inspecting stationary source of odor emitted pollution include three: to inspect flue emissions of SOx, NOx, TSP and according to the procedure, analyzing the Ingredient composition; to inspect boundary of odor emitted pollution by random sampling and according to the procedure, analyzing the Ingredient composition; nine industrial area in Changhua are sampling boundary of VOC and finishing the species ingredient analysis.
The air quality monitoring car is focus on the area has main pollution and then need to continue monitoring over five days. The analysis report including NOx; SO2; CO; O3; THC; CH4; NMHC; PM10; the wind velocity; direction of wind; temperature; humidity and so on.
Manual operation monitoring station has four workers to monitor environment such as every month have to enforce TSP sampling two times. One of sampling needs to analyze the nitrate, sulfate, n-Hexane, chlorine salt and lead. Also, the workers must to complete sampling dust-fall quantity. In addition, every month as well as adjust the few point flow rate and maintain observation station working.
Noise monitoring work is including three article: measurement of received petition cases of noise; to measure noise are appealed; to inspect of non-ionizing; measurements of received petition cases of non-ionizing radiation; Routine monitor of one stationary and eleven movable noise monitoring station in Changhua. Every season monitor result need to update on EPA noise control website.
