This project was commissioned by the National Institute of Environmental Analysis, Environmental Protection Administration, this year was three-year project for the second year. The project was in accordance with「Regulations Governing Motor Vehicle Air Pollutant and Noise Emission Testing Organizations」，supervision and guidance quality management system for the licensed laboratory。This project was designed to provide improving suggestions to laboratories by annual audit to their quality control system and processes and check the improved actions by supplemental audit to assure achieving the objectives of project. Meanwhile, this project was also expected to promote testing technique and quality of laboratories by checking the traceability and integrality of measurement dates to assure the justice of test result. The outcomes of this project included : (1) Quality system guidance annual audit and supplemental audit to the 17 laboratories. (2) Completion supervision 75 correlation testing of the 5 test items included Gasoline vehicles exhausting testing、Diesel vehicles exhausting testing、Diesel vehicles smoke testing、motorcycle exhausting testing and noise testing , The result conforms to the requirement . (3) MTD (mean texture depth) inspect to 7 noise testing tracks, the results conforms to the requirement.(4) Hold one symposium for laboratories and assessment specialists.(5) Hold one testing technical training and conference for laboratories.(6) Hold two QA/QC trainings for laboratories.
