澎湖縣99年度自然淨化設施效益評估計畫

A summary of working items are as follows: 一、在本計畫管理及巡查的4個自然淨化場址例行維護作業方面整理如下: 1. The secheduled maintace of four NTS systems are concluded in the following table 1: Item Hong-Lo North-Eastern Converging Entrance Huo-Shaso-Ping Tong -Xin -Hu Total Patrols 44 44 50 44 Reported Defects 23 20 80 19 Defects 23 20 80 19 水質採樣分析次數 5 4 9 7 植體收割及移除(次) 2 2 2 2 植體補植作業(次) 1 底泥採樣分析(次) 1 1 生態調查(季次) 4 4 1.火燒坪由每季採樣一次變為每月採樣。 2.同心湖採樣次數增加了多點暴雨採樣,且同心湖去年開始進行封閉,今年則是整年封閉,經比對96、97、98及99年計畫進流項則有明顯的改善。 3.本年度進行火燒坪與同心湖底泥採樣作業,同心湖與96年計劃比對沒有明顯差異,但火燒坪則明顯污染更嚴重。 4.生態調查崑山科技大學環境工程系的童淑珠副教授及其團隊,本年度增加委託澎湖縣在地的濕地聯盟進行調查作業。 5.火燒坪表面流單元,增加水生植物分隔區,以防止水生植物漫生太廣。 二、在澎科大及澎湖監獄中水回收再利管理維護上整理如下: 項目  澎科大 澎湖監獄 水質採樣分析次數 4 5 工廠生活廢水回收系統 水質採樣 共行過4次 (計畫期間3次) 本年度較往年不同的分別有: 1.98年底第1座監獄工廠生活廢水回收系統完工,今年又增加了第2座,本計畫協助水質採樣分析,並給予操作維護建議(如添加氯錠)。 2.協助澎科大改善操作取水管線。 三、協助通訊營環保署考核與管理,並進行水質採樣分析,計畫期間共進行過4次水質採樣分析,與協助其維護經費明細提出。 四、協助檢測成功水庫利用東北角礫石床過濾之進、出流水質及減量分析: 自來水公司由99年11月9日至100年1月30日,利用冬季枯水期,每日約抽取成功水庫2,800噸的水量,利用水庫東北角非點源自然淨化設施之地下入滲槽加以淨化水質。本計畫每個月皆配合協助採取進、出流水樣進行分析,另配合1次例行採樣作業,共計有4筆監測數據。 五、於100年1月中旬及2月10日及20日進行成功水庫周遭非點源及點源的污染的現場調查,並採取5處入流點源水樣進行分析,並依分析結果重新計算成功水庫污染量及繪製魚骨圖。 六、於100年2月21日辦理認識火燒坪自然淨化設施活動。

2010 Evaluation of Natural Treatment Systems in Penghu County

(2)Tong -Xin -Hu water quality analysis set up multiple sampling spots during rainstorm period. Due to the facility shut down, the influent water quality had obviously improved by comparing with pervious water quality statistics. (1997, 1998, 1999, 2000) (3)This project proceeded sediments analysis on Huo-Shaso-Ping and Tong-Xin-Hu, compared to the project of 1997, the statistical date didn’t show an obviously difference. However, the Huo-Shaso-Ping appeared polluted worst than before. (4)This project authorized Prof. Tung, Shu-Chu, Department of Environmental Engineering, Kun Shan University, to proceed ecology field method with Peng-Hu Wetland Protection Association. (5)Set up aquatic plant separation zones in free water surface system of Huo-Shaso-Ping to avoid aquatic plant overgrowth on water surface. 2.The management and maintenance on reclamation facility of Penghu Prison and Nation Penghu University Table 2: Item Nation Penghu University Penghu Prison Analyzed Water Quality Sample (times) 4 5 Analyzed Water Quality Sample on Factory life Wastewater Reclamation System (times) 4 (proceed 3 times during this project period) The difference between the past projects: (1)The first factory life wastewater reclamation system was constructed on the end of 2009 and second system was implanted this year. Therefore, this project assisted on analyzing water quality sample and provided suggestion on operation and maintenance such as added CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE Tablet. (2)Assisted Nation Penghu University on improving water pipeline connection. 3.This project assisted Communication Barrack of Army’s NTS facilities to meet standard of EPA’s inspection. During this project period, we proceed four times water quality analysis and listed the relative maintenance budget. 4.Assisted on inspecting Cheng-Kung Reservoir by using North-Eastern 5.Converging Entrance gravel stone filtration system in order to analyze influent and effluent water quality and water pollutants reducing Taiwan Water Corporation pumped 2,800 tons water from Cheng-Kung Reservoir in the dry season which from November 9, 2010 to January 30, 2011. In order to purify water quality, the water flow through North-Eastern Converging Entrance’s underground infiltration tank under NTS facility. This project assisted on analyzing influent and effluent water quality once a month and one scheduled sampling, total four monitoring 6.Moreover, we carried out the non-point and point source on-site inspection, and analyzed 5 spots of influent water quality. According to the result of analysis, we calculated the amount of Cheng-Kung Reservoir pollutants and illustrated in Cause-and-Effect diagram. 7.Hold an activity on subject of understanding Huo-Shaso-Ping NTS facility on February 21, 2011.
