1. To carry out the resource recycle work of government organizations and inspect the achievement of source decrement
In order to inspect the source recycle achievement of government organizations in the year of 99, not only do we need to make inspection report and briefing, but also have to trace the local city government itself, progression of entrusted project and resource recycle reporting numbers regularly. We need to propose assisting plan to local city governments which did not meet the standard of 20% resource recycle rate policy.
2. To carry out the general source management work of government organizations
To comply with Tao-Yuan County government policy of “Green Consumption”, we need to limit the increasing number of over-packed product, plastic made “Fresh Tray” and decrease the number of disposable product.
3. To plan innovative methodology of Tao-Yuan County resource recycle and source management work
We have designed three innovative resolutions for Tao-Yuan County government to carry out the resource recycle and source management work of its organizations. Moreover, we make the multi-media education tool of general waste recycle items for executive organizations and design the “Green Package” for Tao-Yuan County government new image shopping district. In addition, we applied recycled materials to create art piece and host recycle and source decrement related comic design competition for junior high and elementary schools students in Tao-Yuan County.
4. To enhance the education work of resource recycle and source management in Tao-Yuan County
To comply with the requirement from Tao-Yuan County government environmental protection bureau, we host resource recycle and source management related educational activities, such as clean-up crew incumbency education, over-packed products restriction conference, plastic made tray and box restriction conference, environmental protection marker conference for hotel business people, hosting observation and learning tour of visiting qualified environmental protective organizations in other counties for clean-up crew. At last, we compose white paper on Tao-Yuan County’s resource recycle and source management policy to strengthen the education work of above issues.
5. To carry out the work of resource recycle and source management accounted by environmental protection bureau
This chapter, under the guidance of contract content (5) and need of environmental protection bureau’s resource recycle and source management work, will offer required labor power and material resources in project running period to help environmental protection bureau to promote achievement of resource recycle and source management related work.
