This project is to study the decision support system which can be applied in environmental impact assessment, Including interviews and questionnaire survey, impact factor of discussion and database of pre-planning etc.. The current system and regulations which is first analyzed in program, into the principles of systems thinking to solve the problem, according to sustainable development, environmental protection, environmental management and the basic concepts of environmental impact assessment, with the human - natural ecosystem of the overall land development and utilization of means and measures activities, planning and design of the prototype system is reasonably practicable and re-addition of "activities " of the "receptor" in the health, safety, sustainability and the degree of depth. According to literature search, dozens of domestic and foreign literature is collected, excluding DSS applied in soil management, watershed management, public works and other fields, and listed environmental assessment of three different screening methods in Australia, the United States, the European Union. The planning of the system and data, studies highlight the system development for the purpose of improving the efficiency review, excluding that the DSS should be changed to environmental management information system, a focus on data freshness, completeness, correctness, and integrate real-time, interactive, spatial of the online system should be developed. System table contains standard instructions found online, integrated KPI of case management system, and systems dynamics model of the assessment methods etc.. In order to follow-up development, in addition to planning for different stages of EIA system types, content, and other factors of the system functions, and that such information should also include database, tools library (Pattern Library), case base, knowledge base etc..
