The current executive term of this program was from 2010/04/01 to 2011/03/31, during which every quantitative task has fulfilled the requirements of the contracts. The contents and results in details of the related operations are elaborated in the sections of this report.

Also, of 453 pre-issuance on-site inspections, 72.8% complied, with 123 processes non-complying with the contents of their applications, representing 27.2% noncompliance, which was lower than 39.1% of 2007 and 67.31% of 2008. This indicates that the firms have been increasing in quality under reinforced audit and control over the years to comply with the requirements of the Bureau of Environmental Protection.
2.Permit inspection practice and follow-up
A total of 453 processes were inspected in 324 cases with noncompliance found in 123 processes, representing 27.2% noncompliance. A total of 74 noncompliant processes were in this county except Changhua Coastal Industrial Park (22% noncompliance out of 338 inspections) and 49 noncompliant processes in this Park (43% noncompliance out of 115 inspections).
3.Management of regular inspection & report
Completed the monitoring and inspection on 62 fume channels. Nine cases were found noncompliant. Inspections with written notice in the noncompliance after thorough improvement were completed.
4.Inspection of stationary pollution source
