This is a three-month extension project. It is mainly emphasized on two key points, which are: (1) maintaining the Environmental Management System (EMS) and EPA-Unified Identification Code System (EUIC), and (2) providing single window service, marching towards “electronic” permit applications.
In system maintenance, besides maintaining the EMS and the second-generation EUIC to function normally, the project introduced businesses to use the MOEACA or MOICA for system login, strengthened the features in information security management, and performed maintenance with the system network and operating environment on a regular basis. In addition, as to coordinate with the 2010/1/1 revision in code transformation operation, the project carried out system data maintenance, assisted businesses to fill and submit baseline information, and also provided inside training to the 0800 customer service staff each month regularly.
As for providing single window service and marching towards “electronic” permit applications, the project assisted each department and office with the completion in the digital signature program for subsystem data, and with the merging of electronic signature operations. Also, the development of online payment for permit/license review was carried out for the Department of Environmental Protection, Taipei City Government, as to enhance service and achieve the goal of providing convenience to the public.
