Taiwans’ Environmental Protection Administration has conducted annual inspections of motorcycles since 1996. By the end of 2011, 2,618 motorcycle inspection stations have been set up. The Environmental Analysis Laboratory performs unannounced audits of the analyzers at the motorcycle inspection stations every year. The audit items include flow check, leak test, precise measurement test and repeatability test. The analyzer will be re-checked if the analyzer fails the audit. We analyzed the inspected data which fits the motorcycle emission regulations from analyzers before we audit the analyzers to make sure that the accuracy of the inspection data from motorcycle inspection stations.
