The purpose of project is to implement the associate tasks with improving the quality of the environmental cleaning, greening and beautification, including developing the guideline for environmental cleaning, greening and beautification, developing management plan of county, developing the township promote program, drafting the law of promotion of environmental cleaning, greening and beautification, studying on regulations and related measures, and drafting the outline plan of national environmental cleaning, greening and beautification. The executive achievements of the project are described as blow: 1. Assembled and collected environmental guideline and documents for counties and local department of environmental protection environment according to the reference of domestic and international successful case in improving esthetic quality. 2. Drafted environmental guideline for wires and cables, railways, highways, trees, rivers and streams and developed the sign for public toilets, open space, vacancy, arcade, and advertising. 3. The project has finished the draft of regulations and related measures and pushed forward the law of Promotion of environmental cleaning, greening and beautification. In addition, the draft of environmental cleaning, greening and beautification has been submitted to the Executive-Yuan to audition on 30 August 2011. 4. Drafted the outline plan of national environmental cleaning, greening and beautification and provided the assistances to conduct 2 expert seminars. 5. Developed the demonstration management plan of county for New Taipei city, Changhua county, Tainan city and Ilan county, and held 4 conference of advocacy, including addressing and estimating the budget and human resource for executing management and improvement plan. In addition, the project had also held 2 negotiation meeting of personnel of county in executing the plan of environmental cleaning, greening and beautification. 6. Developed the promote program of township demonstration for Pinglin district, Yuanlin town, Anping district, and Luodong town, and held 4 conference of advocacy, including addressing and estimating the budget and human resource for executing the promote program of township. Eventually the project had finished all tasks and had reached the goal of project.
