This project aimed to inspect and verify the current operation of public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations to handle waste treatment properly. In addition to inspecting, this project investigated and collected the comments from those organizations experiencing dilemmas of operation due to the rigid regulations. Finally, it provided the policy proposals to improve the improper regulations. The achievements of this project in this year were as below：
1. To conduct inspection and provide technical guidance for 60 public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations. It was to make sure that the public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations follow the Waste Disposal Act and other laws related to waste disposal.
2. To review the related management standards and to revise the public and private waste clearance and treatment organization permit management regulations.
3. To review the operation dilemmas of the public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations, and to propose positive feedback.
4. To hold 6 seminars and meetings to advocate decrees and listen those organizations comments through discussion, and to assist them to solve the problems.
