100年度臺北市推動資源回收形象改造暨物業管理工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 為重新塑造個體業者與回收商(站)等業者形象，臺北市政府環境保護局(以下簡稱環保局)，自94年起配合行政院環境保護署(以下簡稱環保署)『資源回收形象改造』政策，今年度持續推動「100年度臺北市推動資源回收形象改造暨物業管理工作計畫」(以下簡稱本計畫)，工作內容包括 (1) 推動健康形象回收商，持續提升本市回收商企業形象、導向系統管理。 (2) 推動健康形象回收站，提供民眾更便捷的回收管道。 (3) 整合本市物業管理，結合物業管理公司統整社區資源回收工作，提升社區資源回收效率與形象改造推動效果。 (4) 個體業者輔導與關懷，結合企業資源關懷個體業者，提高民眾的認同感。 (5) 辦理媒體與再生物品運用宣導資源回收，吸引更多市民關心資源回收工作。 (6) 協助環保局撰寫年度形象改造成果報告。 本計畫執行成果完成每月回收商營運管理與環境衛生巡查作業，設置健康形象回收站共達184站，媒合15位體個業者進入社區協助資源回收分類工作，另外在創新作法部分，則完成「分類標示數位網DIY」網頁架設，結合資訊數位化的時代提供民眾更便利的方式來落實及協助資源回收工作。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | The department of environmental protection of Taipei city government coordinated with the policy “Transformation of the image of the resource recycling” of Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) to re-molding the image of junkmen and recycling business (station) from ear 1994. This year the department of environmental protection of Taipei city government keeps promoting the “Working plan of impetus of transformation of the image of the resource recycling and property management in Taipei city year 2011”. The working plan includes 1) promoting the recycling business having healthy image, keeping improving the corporate image of the recycling business in Taipei city, and leading the recycling business to systematic management, 2) providing more convenient ways to recycle to promoting the recycling station having healthy image, 3) integrating with the property management by combining with the property management company to uniform the resource recycling in the communities, increasing the resource recycling percentage in the communities and the achievements of promoting image transformation, 4) counseling and being concerned about the junkmen, combining corporation’s resource to being concerned about the junkmen, increasing the sympathy of the public, 5) propagating the awareness of resource recycling by medium dissemination and performance of recycling material, attraction the more public’s attention on resource recycling, 6) helping the department of environmental protection of Taipei city government to write the report of image transformation result. After carrying out this plan, the management of recycling business operation and the inspection work of environmental hygiene will be done monthly. There will also 184 recycling station with healthy image be established. 15 junkmen are expecting to help the resource classifying and recycling in the communities. | ||
