低碳社區/城市減碳效果評估行政支援專案計畫
| 中文摘要 | 各國執行環境保護時，仍期盼經濟持續成長，如何兼顧經濟與環境的永續發展政策實為當前國際上重要的課題。為提供減碳決策分析資訊，除了必須掌握國際間最新的發展趨勢，亦需透過數理模型的分析，以提供具邏輯性且量化的影響評估，供決策單位參考。 美國能源部為協助低碳城市最關鍵的溫室氣體排放源─建築執行有效的節能減碳工作，自1998年建置完成建築能耗分析軟體「EnergyPlus模型」，模擬分析符合減碳目標下之經濟可行性執行方案。本計畫將與美國能源部BNL合作，引進國際普遍使用的「EnergyPlus模型」，提供評估低碳城市建構之減量策略與預期減碳效益，協助聯繫及邀請國際專家來台辦理相關訓練課程，使委辦單位及相關研究人員能熟悉EnerygPlus模型功能與運作機制，俾利於未來應用本模型進行相關政策規劃模擬與量化分析。 | ||

Low carbon community/city CO2 mitigation effect assessment project
| 英文摘要 | Every government hope to protect environments and economy still grows. How to sustainable growth is most important issue now. Analysis model can help decision maker to analysis policy effect. U.S. Department of energy had build energy analysis model- EnergyPlus to simulate buildings energy saving measures. This project will cooperate with BNL of DOE, building Taiwan EnergyPlus model. This project also use that model to analysis CO2 mitigations measures effect in low carbon city, and hold model training course for EPA and other researchers. | ||
