研訂環境整潔綠美化服務業專業技術及管理人員訓練、設置及管理之制度
| 中文摘要 | 為促進國內環境整潔綠美化服務業發展機制，同業共同遵守專業守則，提昇服務品質，增進專業技術管理，本計畫執行國內環境整潔綠美化服務業現況調查，彙整評估該產業存在之問題，蒐集彙整與評析國外相關產業資料並探討先進國家相關服務業之推動、執行及管理辦法，進而提出我國辦理推動該產業可行性策略及制度之成本、效益及對人權之影響等諸多面向之評估、建議與推動相關配套措施。本計畫計完成研擬環境整潔綠美化服務業專業技術及管理人員訓練、設置及管理之作業原則草案；製作訓練教材；辦理環境整潔綠美化服務業專業管理人員示範訓練及專業技術人員實做訓練講習各2場次，共計受訓學員分別為103人及115人；在我國北、中、南、東各區共辦理9場環境整潔綠美化服務業專業技術及管理人員作業原則草案之意見交流座談會及3場學者專家諮商會議，彙整意見，提供研擬相關政策參考。 | ||

Develop the training program and management system for the environmental clean, greening and beautif
| 英文摘要 | This project aims at promoting the domestic Environmental clean, greening and beautification service industry through following standard specifications adopted by professionals, upgrading quality of services, and establishing technology management. The final outcome of this project is obtained through a series of status surveys of the domestic Environmental clean, greening and beautification service industry, identified existing problems and gathered comprehensive documents and literature reviews of international practice on promotion, execution and management. The project proposed and assessed the implementation scheme, the strategic approach leveraging cost, effectiveness and human rights. This final report includes a complete bill and the principles of law on the management system for professional personnel on training, operation and framework of the Environmental clean, greening and beautification service industry. The project team also developed a series of training programs for both technicians and technical supervisor and proposed recommendations and related measures, such as: training materials. A total of 103 and 115 trainees attended the technical supervisor and technician training workshops, respectively. Nine panel discussions were held in northern, central, southern, and eastern Taiwan to exchange views on the draft proposal. Three experts consultative meeting in the related field reviewed the draft of the principles of law on the management system. The final implementation on developing the relevant policies is in accordance with the input resulting from the events above. | ||
