「推動低碳永續家園之法律、經濟、財稅工具相關規劃」專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫為主要執行「推動低碳永續家園之法律、經濟、財稅工具相關規劃」，本團隊主要參考國外(北歐等國及亞洲國家)低碳家園成功案例，蒐集整理涉及法律、經濟、財稅等三項規劃工具，並彙整摘述我國推動低碳永續家園之相關法令規定，做為我國推動低碳家園之參考。於101年2月前召集聯合會議，研商低碳永續家園法律、經濟、財稅工具課題與對策，提出推動低碳永續家園方案架構草案。成立低碳永續家園法律、經濟、財稅工具之諮詢小組，以及由各生活圈及縣市代表組成推動與協調小組，其中，本計畫召開專家諮詢會議三場次，針對推動低碳永續家園之法律、經濟、財稅工具相關規劃事項，進行討論；另邀相關單位及產、官、學、研等專家，分別於新北市、台中市、高雄市、及宜蘭縣各召開地方座談會議一場次。 | ||

Project for Planning Law, Economics, Financial Tools to Implement Low-carbon Sustainable Homes
| 英文摘要 | The Purpose of this project is Planning Law, Economics, and Financial Tools to Implement Low-carbon Sustainable Homes. Therefore, our research team will to refer the success examples of Scandinavian and Asia countries, and also collect some related law, economics, and financial tools. Moreover, collect and adopt Taiwan Low-carbon Sustainable Homes related regulations, as push Low-carbon Sustainable Homes mission’s references. Regarding to before February 2012 should have union about law, economics, and financial tools to implement low-carbon sustainable homes. To bring up the frame work of Draft Low-carbon Sustainable Homes, and grouping a counseling team. Finally, this project will hold 3 Consultation meetings, focus on law, economics, and financial tools, and also hold one forum in New Taipei City, Taichung City, Kaohsiung City, and Yilan County. | ||
