101年高雄市農地控制場址污染改善暨驗證計畫(改善工作標)
| 中文摘要 | 高雄市政府環境保護局依據「99年及100年度高雄縣土壤及地下水污染調查及查證工作計畫」與「高雄市99及100年度土壤及地下水品質監測及管理計畫」之調查結果，公告高雄市大寮區磚仔磘段地號4929、4930、4931、4934、4935、4936、4937、4938、4939、4939-1、4940、4941、3363、3364、3365、3371、3372、3373、3997及3997-13等20筆地號，面積約為28,571 m2，為受土壤重金屬污染之土壤污染控制場址，並積極執行本計畫「101年高雄市農地控制場址污染改善暨驗證計畫（改善工作標）」。計畫期程至民國101年07月13日起至102年07月12日止共計12個月。 本工作團隊藉由排客土及土壤翻轉稀釋等污染改善工法藉以改善土壤品質，目前本工作團隊已完成所有工作項目，主要包括：前置作業、污染改善前期補充調查與細密調查、提送污染改善工作計畫書、現場污染改善作業、地力回復、污染改善與地力回復之自主驗證作業，經自主驗證及高雄市政府環保局監督驗證結果顯示，土壤污染情況皆已低於土壤污染監測標準，另肥力回復亦達農委會農試所「十二縣市農地控制場址回復計畫」之肥力標準。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | According to the investigation results of two projects－2010 & 2011 soil and groundwater pollution investigation and verification for Kaohsiung County, and 2010 & 2011 soil and groundwater quality monitoring and management for Kaohsiung City－20 polluted lands located at Zhuan-Zai Yao section in Daliao District, Kaohsiung City were contaminated by heavy metals and regulated as soil pollution control sites with a total area of 2.8571 hectare. Their land numbers are 4929, 4930, 4931, 4934, 4935, 4936, 4937, 4938, 4939, 4939-1, 4940, 4941, 3371, 3372, 3373, 3363, 3364, 3365, 3997 and 3997-13. The executive period for this project was one year which was from 13th July, 2012 to 12th July, 2013. The main purpose of this project is to engage in improving the soil quality of these 20 pollution control sites through soil mixing method and soil excavation method with clean soil backfilled. The main jobs of this project are pre-treatment preparation, pre-treatment prelimanary investigation, formulation and execution of pollution improvement plan, self-verification of soil quality and testing of soil fertility. Based on the verification by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, the outcome shows that the concentration of heavy metals in all soil samples are below soil pollution monitoring standards and all the testing results on soil fertility achieve the standard established by Taiwan Agriculture Research Institute, Council of Agriculture. | ||
