101年度稻草再利用試辦計畫

中文摘要 彰化縣為全國首創大面積推廣以應用有益菌產品加速分解稻草的方式,改善稻作收割時期露天燃燒稻草情形,進而提高稻草再利用情形及改善居住環境空氣品質。 為達到有效的宣導與推廣提高稻草再利用的方式與措施,結合臺中區農業改良場、各鄉鎮市農會、稻米產銷班及邀請曾經以露天燃燒方式處理稻草的農友們一同參與相關宣導活動,包括舉辦26場次的宣導說明會(各鄉鎮市1場次)、5場次現地示範推廣活動(彰化市、埔鹽鄉、埤頭鄉、北斗鎮及田中鎮)及5場次現地成果發表會。由現地示範推廣活動之試驗地及農民實地使用後證實,使用有益菌產品的確有加速稻草分解(腐化、褐化)的作用,約可縮短稻草分解時間約1至2週。並透過多元化的方式進行宣導,包括宣導海報、宣導摺頁、宣導品、電子及平面媒體,以達到本計畫執行之目標。 本年度有益菌產品總推廣使用量為81.48公噸,總推廣使用面積達407.4公頃,減少約2,221.6公噸稻草燃燒量,可削減17.36公噸TSP排放到大氣中。並經由使用者問卷調查結果得知,降低有益菌產品之”售價”與”製成粒狀”,可以提升農友的接受度與使用度,以達到改善稻作收割時期露天燃燒稻草情形及提高稻草再利用。

2012 Annual Straw Recycling Trial Project

英文摘要 Changhua is the first county to use bacterial products to accelerate the decomposition of straw on a large scale so as to improve atmospheric condition as well as recycling. In order to publicize and promote the methods and measures of effective straw reuse , the Taichung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station, together with, the Township Farmers' Association and rice production class, invited farmers who once practiced open air burning of rice straw and including 26 public seminars (1 session / town ). Five sessions were arranged to demonstrate and promote activities at the same locations (Changhua City, Puyan Town, Pitou Town, Beidou Town and Tanaka town), and 5 demonstrations were made at the specified locations. Farmers who recycled the straw demonstrated that an immediate application of the bacterial products in the field will accelerate the rate of decay hence shortening decomposition time by 1 to 2 weeks. Demonstrations were again launched at the same locations in order to show that there was actual decomposition of the straw (rot and browning). The various methods used to achieve their objectives ranged from, diverse advocacy, posters, flyers, advocacy goods, electronic and print media. This year, the total amount of bacterial products (probiotics) promoted is 81.48 metric tonnes, and the total area of land used is 407.4 hectares, with a decrease in 2,221.6 metric tons of rice straw burning. 17.36 metric tons of TSP emissions had been reduced. Results from surveys conducted on the use of straw showed that if bacteria products can be produced in granular forms at affordable or lower prices, it can go a long way to enhance wide acceptance thereby improving open air burning of straw and recycling during the harvest seasons.
