102年度環境資源管理及決策支援專案工作計畫

中文摘要 「102年度環境資源管理及決策支援專案工作計畫」(簡稱本計畫)，乃是協助環評委員審查各環評案件時，所涉及各面向領域之資料蒐集、彙整與分析工作，進而協助環保署縮短環評審查案件流程，簡化行政作業程序。 本計畫亦協助環評委員完成專長人員之聘用，訂定「月報表」每月按時收集與彙整，並辦理2場次工作說明會，最後本計畫以環評委員為對象，針對本年度專長人員之聘用進行問卷調查，提供環保署未來對於聘用專長人員之參考。 此外，本計畫為因應第10屆環評委員就任，也協助完成辦理1場次「環境影響評估審查委員會委員意見交流座談會」。 本計畫在相關環境影響評估議題諮詢與資料彙整協助上，共協助16項環境影響評估議題諮詢與資料彙整作業。報告最後則針對目前環境影響評估之執行現況與專長人員未來作業方式提出建議，提供環保署未來執行之參考。

Environmental resource management and decision-making supporting project in 2013

英文摘要 The aim of this project is to assist the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Committee in reviewing cases through collecting and analyzing background related to environmental issues. In addition, the project provides monographs and assistance to simplify the EIA standard procedure. This project arranged fourteen assistants for EIA committee members. Each assistant would accumulate materials for EIA and accomplish monthly reports to show what have they done. We also do the survey to understand whether the assistant meet the committee members’ need. And the result would be the reference for the assistant arrangement next year. The 9th EIA committee members left their office on July 31, 2013. In order to make the EIA committee run smoothly, this project also held the symposium for the 9th and 10th EIA Committee members. This project accomplished sixteen EIA issues consultation and data collection assignments. The project also make some suggestions on EIA implementation、monographs and assistants arrangement for EPA reference.
