101年高雄市農地控制場址污染改善暨驗證計畫(監督暨驗證標)
| 中文摘要 | 高雄市政府環境保護局進行對大寮區鳳山圳流域農地進行污染調查，並經查驗分析確認鳳山圳流域20筆大寮區磚仔磘段之農地面積共約2.8571公頃受到重金屬鉻之污染。 高雄市政府環境保護局委由台境公司執行污染改善工程與農地地力回復工作，改善工作執行係採用水平、垂直翻轉稀釋或客土翻轉稀釋等工法進行控制場址土壤重金屬污染濃度改善。另委由萬銘科技進行監督查核台境公司執行污染改善工程及地力回復工作，農地重金屬改善完成複驗作業及農地土壤肥力複驗作業 台境公司於契約期限內完成污染場址改善作業且完成污染場址驗證作業，經萬銘科技複驗後，業已通過驗證。將依土壤及地下水污染整治法相關規定解除控制場址列管。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | The Kaohsiung EPB were investigating the Da liao Quzhuan zi yao farmland which area is about 2.8571 hectares near Feng-Shan canal to obtain the contamination extent through irrigation. The farmland obtained chromium exceeded Soil Pollution Control Standards. The in situ dilution improvement and fertility restoration works by Taiwan Environment Scientific Co. Ltd. (TESC) . Well Meet Tech. Co. Ltd. (WMT) supervise and recheck the works. The 20 soil control sites were improved and analyzed by the due date. The results showed that 20 sites were not in excess of soil pollutants control standards. Deregulation of farmland use Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act in the future. | ||
