102年綠色消費宣傳及綠色採購推動計畫

中文摘要 綠色消費宣傳及綠色採購推動計畫,為鏈結民間企業及團體、商店、志義工、學校機關、旅宿業者、婚禮業者、餐飲業者等對象設計出之多元化宣導與執行規劃之推動計畫,今年的主題在於「全民齊樂活」及「綠色消費享優惠」二大訴求,鼓勵民眾優先選購具有環保標章的綠色商品或服務,落實生活簡約原則,成為綠色消費達人。本計畫完成之工作項目包括:(一)辦理「民間企業與團體實施綠色採購計畫」執行會議3場次;(二)完成種子講師培訓營4場次,參與人數490人,共發出429份訓練證明,合格率達87.5%;(三)結合1,316家綠色商店、環保標章、綠色婚禮、碳標籤及宗教團體,辦理綠色消費宣傳活動,並將環保標章印製於入場卷,總計13萬人次民眾參與;(四)辦理綠色生活及消費相關活動記者會5場次,總計媒體刊載之報導篇數高達140篇,及刊登廣告至民眾日報,總計發行43萬2千份;(五)輔導婚紗業者、旅宿業者及餐飲業者推廣綠色生活及消費,總計達952家及輔導30對新人辦理綠色婚禮;(六)結合縣市環保局辦理綠色生活及消費活動達2,000場次,達148萬9千人次參與。

Advocation Green Consumption and Promoting Green Procurement

英文摘要 The objective of this project, Advocating Green Consumption and Promoting Green Procurement designed to collaborate with private enterprises, organizations, stores, volunteers, school and institutions, hotel and lodging industry, wedding houses and catering business etc., is to raise campaign for consuming products and services with Green Mark and living with elegant simplicity. In line with the themes of “Let’s go LOHAS” and “Get discount of going green”, the outcome of implementation is summarized as follows: (1) Holding 3 kick-off meetings for the “Project on taking in green procurement among private enterprises and organizations”. (2) Holding 4 trainings of green consumption instructor, which drew attendee of 490 , issued a total of 429 training certificate, a pass rate of 87.5%. (3) Combined 1,316 green stores, green-mark, green weddings, carbon labeling and religious groups, check the green consumer promotional activities and environmental labeling printed on admission tickets, a total of 130,000 passengers public participation. (4) Apply green living and consumer related activities press conference 5 sessions, the total reported number of articles published in the media up to 140, and advertise to the Commons Daily, issued a total of 432,000 . (5) Counselling wedding industry, tourism and catering industry places by promoting green living and spending, totaling 952 and counseling couples for 30 pairs of green wedding. (6) Combined all EPB handle green living and consumption activities 2,000 screenings, reaching 1,489,000 people participated in.
