102年度空氣污染防制減碳方案執行計畫- 低碳桃花源推動計畫
| 中文摘要 | 桃園縣升格已經進入倒數階段，而桃園航空城計畫都市計畫也正式獲准通過，在各項開發建設如火如荼展開的同時，桃園縣政府結合航空城「政策環評」內容及環保署「低碳永續家園」之十大運作機能，以「低碳桃花源推動委員會」為中心，因此本計畫之目的為協助桃園縣政府推動本縣各項低碳政策之運作。 本計畫主要工作成果包括： 1.配合環保署低碳永續家園推動方案辦理相關作業，如：參與外縣市運作機能會議，並將具參考性之內容回饋置環保局；辦理建築節能及綠色運輸機能會議，並彙整執行成果；針對低碳永續家園評等認證辦法提出本縣執行建議；配合環保署台英低碳永續城市論壇辦理跨縣市觀摩研習活動。 2.推動及彙整本縣有關跨局處節能減碳相關工作，如彙整國內相關低碳執行策略方案措施供各局處參考，並協助各局處提出其低碳執行策略；協助低碳桃花源推動委員會及航空城永續指標評估系統專案小組幕僚作業。 3.建立節能減碳相關委辦計畫之管理行政流程標準作業程序，並辦理相關監督管理及成果彙整工作。 4.針對本縣各項低碳推動成果，分別透過網路、動態影片及講習課程等方式對外進行宣傳。 | ||

Implementation Plan of the Air Pollution Control and Carbon Reduction Program - The Promotion of Low
| 英文摘要 | The promotion of becoming a municipal city for Taoyaun county is in final step, and Taoyuan Herotropolis city plan has been eventually permitted. There are plenty of developments and constructions undertake in this area, and Taoyuan county government regards “Low-Carbon Taoyuan promotion commission” as implementation center, and combines contents of Taoyuan Herotropolis environmental impact assessment policies with 10 themes of “Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland” from Environmental Protection Administration(EPA). Therefore, the purpose of this project is to assist Taoyuan county to promote execution of every Low-Carbon policies. The main achievements of the plan include: 1.To operate in coordination with EPA Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland promotion projects, such as attending other cites theme operation conferences, and collecting referring contents to environmental protection bureau ; holding meetings of construction energy saving and green transportation, and gathering execution results ; providing implementation suggestions to “The Certify and Classify of Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland” ; operating cross county and city observations in order to cooperate with EPA Taiwan and UK Low-Carbon Sustainable City conference. 2.Promoting and collecting related cross-bureau energy saving and carbon reduction projects in the county, like gathering related Low-Carbon execution strategies and implementations in order to let each bureau refer with, and then assist it to provide its own execution strategy ; helping implementations for “Low-Carbon Taoyuan promotion commission” and “Herotropolis Sustainable Index Assessment System group”. 3.Establishing management and administration standard operation process for related energy saving and carbon reduction projects, and undertaking surveillance and collection missions. 4.For every Low-Carbon promotion achievement in the county, using internet、videos and courses to undertake propagations to others. | ||
