The project this year is divided into 4 main aspects:
Establishing “Resource Reusing Management Information System” ：In response to the management requirement of reuse organizations, the project develops “Resource Reusing Management Information System,” gradually completing the establishment of system development with the short, medium, and long term periods. The system is mainly divided into: 1. the integration of open information from central industry competent authority, 2. the integration of reusing permit application/review functions, 3. the integration of reuse organizations information about reusing permit and the announcement/attached table, 4. the integration of reporting of resource recovery products, and 5. management functions. Above five parts have been completed at the end of November.
Establishing the reusing control room：The management groups of reuse organizations, in addition to helping the related work for project, providing the reusing management administration assistance for EPA, joining the conferences related to reusing topic and be the conference supporters. Additionally, the management groups, report certain suggestions as the reference based on a variety of issues, and foster human resource for reusing management, hoping to be in line smoothly with reusing management businesses for different competent authorities. The control room is established in May, continuously assisting related work.
On-site guidance auditing for reuse organizations：To raise the friendliness and convenience of the system, 24 on-site interviews of reuse organizations are conducted; collecting the system integration suggestions from businesses and the practical experience, those requirements can be realized and connected with real situations. And the opinions and suggestions will be the feedback for the system. The guidance tasks are conducting from September to October, and the guidance auditing reports will be issued in November. Finally, the concrete improving suggestions will be the feedback for the system.
Organizing promotion activities：The promotion activities of the project include 10 system operation symposiums, folding printing, and the assistance of cross-authorities reusing management conferences, through the relevant activities to promote reusing management and “Resource Reusing Management Information System”.
