油污染鑑識新檢測技術建立及應用

中文摘要 GC-FID或GC/MS等一維氣相層析方法對於樣品分析解析度與峰容量有其極限,當樣品組成複雜時,例如油品的分析,在其解析分離過程中,會產生共沖提現象。為了克服此共沖提問題,二維氣相層析技術的提出,利用了兩根極性或性質不同的管柱,有效的解決了對於過去分離複雜樣品所產生共沖提的問題。本計畫進行油污染鑑識之全面型二維氣相層析技術建立研發之GCxGC油品分析技術的建立部分,並進行其鑑識適用可行性探討。 本報告完成二維氣相層析及相關油污染指紋鑑識文獻資料蒐集彙整研析,共計25篇。在全面型二維氣相層析儀油品上機分析條件建立方面,運用98年度環檢所委辦計畫中提供的進口UZ原油樣品,根據全面型二維氣相層析儀分析原理,進行包括上機分析條件篩選、儀器線性分析與精確度(再現性分析)等項目分析,獲致初步上機分析條件建立。同時完成1647c PAHs標準樣品與4個自行購置的純PAH標準樣品10個PAHs化合物的定性工作。並運用由98年度已建立完整GC/MS生物標誌物分析結果具差異性與關聯性的10個進口原油樣品,進行全面型二維氣相層析分析,完成初步所建立之上機分析條件適用性研析探討。分析結果顯示,說明目前初步所建立的GCxGC分析技術具其適用性。並進一步利用今年油公司進口具來源特性差異的10個原油樣品與台灣自產的油樣,進行初步建立之GCxGC分析技術適用性驗證。分析結果顯示,由於GC/MS與GCxGC儀器性質的差異性,因此分析所計算的診斷比值亦有所差異,此乃分析技術特性所致,唯皆可達到區分來源特性異同目標。其結果驗證初步所建立的GCxGC分析技術之適用性。

Establishment and Application of New Measuring Technology for Oil Pollution Indentification

英文摘要 One-dimensional gas chromatography method such as GC-FID or GC/MS for the analysis of samples resolution and peak capacity has its limits; especially for the unresolved complex mixtures (UCMs). For example, during the oil analysis resolution separation process, the co-elution phenomenon occurs. Two-dimensional gas chromatography technique is proposed to use the two different polar columns to overcome the co-elution problem. Key features of this technique are the use of an on-column thermal modulator to collect sample portions from the primary column and transfer them to the secondary column and the variation of retention in the secondary column as a function of progress of the primary column to orthogonalize the separation. This project intends to establish and develop the comprehensive GCxGC techniques and further to study its feasibility. Reported in this issue has been performed according to plan work content. A total of 25 papers of the two-dimensional gas chromatography and its related oil spill fingerprint forensic literature are collected. In addition, we use UZ crude oil samples which are provided by “Environmental Analysis Laboratory of EPA” to establish comprehensive GCxGC conditions. Based on the comprehensive GCxGC theory, the analysis conditions, including screening, linear analysis and accuracy (reproducibility analysis) are established. Including using 1647c PAHs standard and 4 pure PAH standards to identify total of 10 PAH compounds. The results compared with the established GC / MS biomarkers, indicating that the current comprehensive GCxGC identification technique could apply to identify oil pollution. For identification technique comments, continuous apply the comprehensive GCxGC data processing software to analyze database to confirm the applicability of the established analysis conditions. The established GC x GC technique was confirmed by applying to 10 crude oils imported from different areas and an oil sample produced from Taiwan. The results show differences between GC/MS and GC x GC data, it could be due to instrumental characteristics, however, although there are some differences between two set of the data, GC x GC technique could reach the goal of separating oil samples from different sources as GC/MS.
