102年度農工業異味及露天燃燒稽查管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 執行異味污染源巡查作業共計274家次，累積達成率為137％，主要為一般巡查96家次（35%）及陳情案追蹤複查178家次（65%）。102年度共計12次更新本縣重大臭味污染源之空氣污染事件大事紀，累積達成率為100 %；目前列管對象共計28家。辦理25點次之周界異味官能測定採樣分析作業，累積達成率為100%。執行餐飲業現場資料調查作業共計100家，累積達成率為100 %，其主要以中式餐飲所佔比例最高，共計56家(佔56%)，其次分別為速食餐飲20家(20%)、西式餐飲9家(9%)、複合式餐飲8家(8%)及日式餐飲7家(7%)。 執行露天巡查作業共計523件，累積達成率為104.6%。依據現場巡查時滅火後未燃燒之比例紀錄計算減少之燃燒量，共計減少162.249公噸之燃燒量。篩選歷年重複露天燃燒地點進行專案巡查共計100處次，累積達成率為100%，並於專案巡查地點插立告示牌。配合一期稻作收割期辦理各項禁止露天燃燒宣導說明會，分別於5/13-5/16及5/21、10/14~16及10/22~23辦理10場次露天燃燒夜間宣導說明會，宣導相關法令及稻草再利用技術說明，辦理鄉鎮為土庫鎮、虎尾鎮、斗南鎮、西螺鎮、大埤鄉及崙背等6個鄉鎮。累積達成率為50%。執行廢樹枝碎木作業共計42件，累積達成率為140%，估算削減之廢樹枝量為45.5公噸。 分別於媽祖繞境、清明節及中元節等重大節慶日辦理紙錢集中燃燒作業，共計收集151.4噸，累積達成率為189.3%。辦理寺廟現場訪查作業共計200家次，累積達成率為100 %。 | ||

The Controlling and Improving Plan For Odorous Pollution and Outdoor burning in 2013
| 英文摘要 | A total of 274 cases are inspected and analyzed, and the rate of completion was 137%. At HENG JIA Enterprise Co. and others 24 companies, inspection and quantification of odorous pollution are conducted in area surrounding suspected offenders. Which in these cases, there are 5 failed must be punished and the deadline for the completion of improvements. Completed a total cases of 523 involving burning in open air. A total of 10 night meet the people sessions plus other mass media related advertisement were held prior to the first quarter of the harvesting seasons to educate the respective public entities about the negative impact involving open air burning. During the Ching Ming Festival and Dajia Mazu Procession, a total of 151.4 tons of joss paper are collected from many public organizations for centralized incineration. | ||
