102年度推動低碳永續家園之法律、經濟、財稅工具相關規劃專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要執行「推動低碳永續家園之法律、經濟、財稅工具相關規劃」委辦案，本團隊將研擬與建構4項我國法律、經濟、財稅工具認證專案與實施專案; 規劃辦理1項推動方案之行動項目與執行內容，此一新行動方案稱為「推動低碳永續家園績效認證評估」推動方案; 協助彙整並填報環保署低碳永續家園資訊網相關成果及內容更新，以作為我國推動低碳家園之參考。工作方法係延續低碳家園法律、經濟、財稅工具諮詢小組之做法，其中本計畫將召開專家諮詢會3場次，針對低碳永續家園法律、經濟、財稅工具之運作功能、目標、及任務等運作機制之成果進行討論；另邀集有關專家學者、政府機關、民間團體及顧問公司，分別於新北市、台中市、台南市、及宜蘭縣召開地方座談會各1場次，蒐集與會各界對於推動低碳家園所面臨之問題及提供協助。 | ||

Project for Planning Law, Economics, Financial Tools to Implement Low-carbon Sustainable Homes
| 英文摘要 | In this project, our research team will focus on the implementation of "Promoting Low-Carbon Sustainable Homes- the Perspectives of Legal, Economic, Financial Tools Planning". We will deliver 4 services. First, we will develop 4 action items on certification project and implementation project. Secondly, we will create a new promotion program and develop the action items as well as the details of implementation. The new program is entitled as the “ Performance Assessment Certification on Promoting Low-Carbon Sustainable Homes”. Thirdly, we will invite experts and scholars to convene 3 consultation meetings and hold 4 forums either on central or local government sites to collect useful suggestions and updated information. The topics will be on the strategic goals, functions, and implementation mechanism from the perspectives of legal, economic, fiscal tools to enhance the implementation of promoting low-carbon sustainable homes. The forums will be held in New Taipei City, Taichung City, Tainan City and Yilan County, respectively. Finally, we will upload the results and updated information to the official website at lcss.epa.gov.tw. | ||
