環境教育輔導團服務及研討會執行專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要設置專案窗口提供電話專人諮詢、及輔導團現場輔導、增修環境教育Q&A相關釋疑、並辦理二場國際環境教育討論暨實務交流。去年執行期間，總計受理1,768通諮詢，平均每日7通，以1、11、12等3個月份電話量最多。其中以線上申報作業的問題最多，按縣市別，以臺北市最多，依機關單位別，以地方政府機關最多。在現場輔導上，共執行31場，累計參與人數1,715人次，平均每場次55人，成果豐碩。總計邀請52位專家擔任委員。並彙集相關問題，製作環境教育Q&A手冊，有效解決相關人員之疑問。亦辦理兩場國際學術研討會，共邀請六位海外學者，參與人數近千人次，以多元的方式，呈現環境教育獨特的跨界魅力。最後無論是外部或內部效益上，均能符合原先期望，有成果且具效益。

2013 Environmental Education Mentoring Group, International Symposium and Counseling Service Project

英文摘要 There are 1,768-phone calls for counseling service. The highest amount is 41 calls among the working days. The Amount of service is 7 calls each day, averagely. About half of these calling are online reporting job among 17 kinds of request and question. We also see higher call volume in November, December, and January. There are 31 sessions for on-site counseling service from 35 demands. Another open source of service is website with on-demand cases. Chinese Society for Environmental Education’s Website is another source of counseling service with on-demand cases. Environmental Education Basics, about 2,000 copies were delivered for free. There are two international syposiums held during the project. One symposium invited four experts from NAAEE, and the amount of participants is about 500. The other one is held on August, which invited two experts from NWF, and the amount of participants is more than 486.
