There are three work projects in the plan: advanced the system of environmental protection products, supervising validation operations of environmental protection product, and verification and tracking management of environmental protection product. Hope through the research on the management system of Environmental protection logo, revised the key point or specifications of environmental protection product, and build verification steering mechanisms, and through the sampling of environmental protection logo products and non environmental protection logo products, to bring up a proposed amendments to specifications and standards of environmental protection logo products. And also to investigate Logo recognition and promotion strategy, to handle factory owner violations and complaints. The final results of this year are as follows:
(A) To improve the system of environmental protection products: Invited experts and scholars to assess and discuss, get to a common view: Setting the environmental claims assessment standards and assessment guidelines of "type II environmental protection product "; in order to "reviewing the management and handling practices for illegal items of environmental protection products ", make regulatory work well for the revision of environmental protection product related rule.
(B) Supervise a validate job on environmental protection products : to develop a standard operating procedures on monitoring standard of verification agency and to establish a supervisory mechanism for authentication mechanism, which contains six items: participate in Inspection Commission, factory examine, check out the quality system, perform a system check, customer service and complaints handling, and inviting members of the review to verify the quality of certification authority. And to bring up an analysis report of supervision, inspection certification authority, to suggest an internal control mechanism of the certification bodies, and to assist to process the green consumption and the evaluation council of environmental protection products.
(C) To check out environmental protection products and the tracking management: to draw up a checking standard operating procedures of environmental protection products , include that management and checking of production site and sale places, and test sampling mechanism of products sampling; establish the processing flow for infringement; take a comparison on the failure rate of environmental protection logo products and non environmental protection logo products, to establish a way to check the detection difference of the environmental protection products and the non-environmental protection products, and then to use analysis statistics method.
