2013臺德低碳城市論壇-低碳智慧城市之建築概念與科技
| 中文摘要 | 目前由城市著手進行永續發展的推動，以節省能源使用並降低溫室氣體的排放，為全球關切議題。台灣永續能源研究基金會於2011年與德國在台協會簽署「永續力─巡迴說明會」意向書，建立台灣與德國低碳、永續的交流平台，並希望能透過此平台，與有興趣之產、官、學、研各界單位合作。尤其城市是未來永續力的重點，因此延續2011年與環保署共同舉辦，於低碳示範城市新北市、臺中市、臺南市及宜蘭縣舉辦之「2011台德低碳城市論壇─城市永續發展經驗」，2013年欲再度舉辦低碳城市論壇。由於建築領域在城市中佔28.8%之溫室氣體排放，且與城市發展息息相關，本次論壇以低碳建築議題為主軸，促進臺德交流。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | As cities remain an imperative for future sustainability efforts, we hope to continue the efforts from 2011 with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to host the Taiwan-Germany Low Carbon Cities Forum--Urban Sustainable Development, in the model low carbon cities of New Taipei City, Taichung City, Tainan City, and Yilan County, through a 2013 low carbon cities forum, discussing low carbon architecture issues which contribute 28.8% of Taiwan’s total carbon emissions, along with development for cities. | ||
