102年度執行提升為民服務品質暨空氣污染案件快速查核(含異味管制)計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本縣每年接獲民眾之陳情案件逾3700件，除依程序妥善處理外，並訂定相關規定及建立電腦管理系統。為加強對民眾陳情案件之處理及提昇陳情處理效率，而執行「執行提升為民服務品質暨空氣污染案件快速查核(含異味管制)計畫」，辦理24小時全時段陳情案件現場處理、追蹤複查。 本計畫執行期間共計查處1,714件陳情案件，包括空氣污染744件、環境衛生431件、噪音污染226件及水污染152件，平均等待處理時間為7.02小時。另針對重大異味污染源進行辦理執行12場次減量輔導作業，追蹤複查結果異味改善率達87.5%。 | ||

The Project of Improving Public Service Quality with Fast-Check Air Pollution Cases and the Controlling for Odorous Pollution in 2013.
| 英文摘要 | According to the Environmental Reporting Centre, the acceptance of environmental pollution cases of number over 3,700 in this county in recent years, due to reduce the environmental pollution cases. In this project we stand by 24 hours for fast arriving and checking pollution status. Execute the best efficient outlawed mode to inhibit pollution produced. Through counsel the polluter to reduce the pollutants. This project offer fast detection pollution and process pollutants properly. Provide best service of report environment problem. As per the project, 1,714 processed from public nuisance dispute system, inspections of different controls, and environment al protection agencies. The average time of arriving on the scene for nuisance petitions is 7.02 hrs. And introduced to methods and means to counter their individual pollution situation. 11 sessions for factories (Agriculture related factories) and 1 session for food and beverage companies. | ||
