清淨家園全民運動顧厝邊部落格綠色生活（Eco Life）網成效提升計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫執行以來，各項重點功能之開發已趨於完備並提升環保機關的行政效能與成果展現。已增設系統異常事件監控作業以持續維護綠網運作；每月定期監控且提交系統異常記錄報告並持續系統異常事件監控作業。已完成Google Map API、全國村里邊界圖資及微軟的重大更新等作業；定期執行系統磁碟的病毒及壞軌掃描；完成系統資料庫MS SQL2008 R2及Google Map V3升級作業。配合個資安全保護作業，已隱藏所有身分證號碼記錄欄位及加密資料庫個人敏感資料。已完成整潔度評比修正與照顧區管理系統修正。 亦提供環保生活新知及專家專欄給綠網使用者獲取環保相關資訊：已彙整發布158篇環保生活新知，平均每篇瀏覽人數達551人次；專家專欄規劃4大主題、共提供40篇文章。另共辦理4場次之綠網培訓會，總參加人數共為400人次。102年度綠網主題活動總參加部落格數達1,427組：「相揪逗陣巡檢清，維護環境煥如新」主題活動，從中選出署長獎2名及達人獎10名；「月月巡，隨手清，環境整潔任我行」主題活動，共有50名綠網績優使用者幸運獲得獎項。綠色生活網官方粉絲團按「讚」活動，符合可抽獎資格者共721位粉絲，公開抽出40名幸運粉絲獲得獎項；且綠網粉絲團人數已達1,736人。 | ||

Eco Life Website Effectiveness Enhancement Project
| 英文摘要 | The duration of this year, 2013, System Abnormal Events Surveillance is established to continuously maintain the operation of EcoLife website; regular monthly surveillance and reports of system abnormal records have been conducted. In response to personal data security protection, ID Number recording columns has been concealed and personal sensitive information has been encrypted. The correction of cleanness evaluation and the correction of the management system of bloggers’ caring areas have been completed. Tasks including Google Map API, Taiwan Villages/Townships Boundary Mapping Information, and Microsoft critical update have been done; regular scanning of system disk virus and bad tracks has been conducted; System database MS SQL2008 R2 and Google Map V3 have been upgraded. Additionally, environmental news and expert columns are provided on EcoLife website for users to acquire environmental information. About environmental news, 158 news are compiled, each of which is viewed by 551 people in average, and about expert columns, 4 main topics are organized providing 40 articles. Moreover, 4 training courses of EcoLife website have been organized, and the total number of participation is 400 people. Regarding EcoLife activities, there are 1,427 blogs participating in activities in 2013. About the activity “Clean Together, Renew the Environment,” 2 Minister Prize and 10 Expert Prize are provided, and about the activity “Inspection Monthly, Cleaning Voluntarily,” 50 users who are the premium members on EcoLife website win prizes. In the “Like” activity on EcoLife website fan club, there are 40 of qualified fans luckily drawn to win prizes. The number of the members in fan club has reached 1,736. | ||
