Regarding the food and drinking industry, the project has during its implementation period (until 31 Dec) inspected the cooking exhaust control equipments of 417 businesses and provided relevant guidance, successfully promoted the installation and upgrade of air pollutant prevention and control facilities to 21 businesses, and eliminated 4,410 KG of NMHC and 2,520 KG of TSP in total. As a result, no further complaints were received until now. Besides, 20 spots have conducted the inspection of odorous pollution in area surrounded suspected offenders, and 4 promotional explanation session or seminar related to the prevention and control of cooking exhaust were taken in place. Regarding the concentrated incineration of ritual money and reduction from source, there were totally 2,320.43 tons of ritual money were concentrated and on virtues in place of Ghost Money, combine 8 units of social welfare organizations and Family convenience store, 100 units of high building join this policy. 6 incinerator cleansing rituals were taken in place; and 3 explanation sessions of the concentrated disposal of ritual money were conducted. Besides, an interview taken place in 203 condominiums, building management companies, and apartment building shows that 115 of them have conducted the concentrated disposal of ritual money and 88 of them have not conducted it yet. However, 88 of them have agreed to follow the ritual money reduction and concentrated disposal starting from this year. Regarding the exposed burning control, the inspection was conducted in 531 locations during the season, cadastral information was checked in 652 location, and the total controlled area reached 358,868.33m2. Regarding the reduction of pollution, a calculation was conducted with the emission coefficient, where 1,527.930KG of TSP, 679.089 KG of PM10, 11.832 KG of SOx, 559.240 KG of NOx, 13,835.675 of CO, 1,141.957 KG of THC, and 507.426 KG of NMHC were eliminated. Regarding the explanation session of conducting inspection in first announced premises and relevant regulations, EPA has completed the CO2 inspection in 83 businesses, four parameters in 40 businesses, total fungi concentration and bacteria inspections in 10 kindergartens, and examination of the indoor air pollutant standard method in 13 public locations.
