This project plans the first domestic localized livestock bio-energy research, extension, and education center to carry out a production and utilization model from pig wastes to renewable energy. The plans can promote efficiency and acceptance of livestock biogas utilization as well as reduce greenhouse gas emission from livestock industry. The optimal operation parameters for the localized biogas center can encourage domestic investment consulting companies to affirmatively invest on domestic renewable energy industry. This can also stimulate the development of domestic livestock green energy and related facility industry. Organic vegetable cultivation area with no pesticide and no pollution is planned in the NTU Yunlin Branch Campus for demonstration and promotion. Si-luo Fruit and Vegetable Market is the biggest market in Taiwan. According to the analysis of human behavior and intensity and the concept of "healthy market environment", we plan to create a new image with local characteristics for Si-luo Market. We plan more sitting relaxing area for users and make the market more comfortable and greener. With the concept of sustainability such as green roof, permeable paving, and green corners, we plan to establish a green-energy and eco-friendly based market with special landscape features for the surrounding. The electrical carriers inside the market, the charging mechanisms, charging stations, and safety designs were also planned.
