103年度空品不良期間加強濁水溪沿岸街道揚塵管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 1.本計畫洗街工作之執行自103年5月1日開始執行，截至104年4月29日止，洗街長度累積達36,189.3公里，達成率為103.4%。每月洗街車平均查核212.4km，總查核2,548.8km。 2.本計畫各月單位長度(公里)平均用水量介於1.20~1.28公噸之間，總平均用水量則為1.20公噸/公里，平均取用水質介於26.90ntu。 3.103年5月12日及104年3月16日，假雲林環保局四樓會議室，辦理洗街作業人員教育訓練一場次，達成率皆為100%。 4.完成街塵(坋土)負荷量評估作業，採樣36點次，累計達成率為100%，可作為本計畫執行成效分析與執行過程品質驗證之重要參考依據。 5.本計畫道路髒污普查於103年5月份至103年4月份期間進行道路普查，長度總計達1,448.4公里，調查結果顯示道路等級主要以A級為主。 6.濁水溪揚塵好發時期，常造成嚴重空氣品質污染，更影響民眾健康安危，透過六鄉鎮國中小校園教育宣導作業，使學童具備自我防護觀念，辦理完成宣導會6場次。 7.推動8處村里認養道路，公里數總計315.3公里，使環保局與村里一同管制街道揚塵，達互助共享之洗掃及宣導作業。 8.於濁水溪沿岸揚塵好發嚴重區域完成設立3座空品顯示面板，提高濁水溪沿岸民眾對於空品認知，並提供立即個人防範措施。 9.103年9月19日、12月11日於二崙鄉深坑社區之溪王祭及西螺小鎮藝術節，設攤辦理「環保金頭腦大家來挑戰」，以有獎徵答挑戰金頭腦方式與濁水溪沿岸民眾互動，活動主要內容包含濁水溪沿岸防制觀念、環保局相關政令宣導及洗街車相關作為，以落實防制觀念及提升計畫能見度。 | ||

Enhancing the control of street blowing dust near Cho-Shui river during the poor air quality period
| 英文摘要 | The execution achievements and schedule met the contract requirements. The related achievements are as follow: 1.The street-cleaning project began on May 01, 2014 and ended on April 29, 2015. The total street cleaning length is 36,189.3 kilometers and total achieve ratio is 103.4%. The average distance that street-cleaning trucks examine is 212.4 kilometers; total number of verification is 2,548.8 kilometers. 2.The average water consumption per month is about to 1.20~1.28tons per kilometer, and total average water consumption is 1.20 tons/km. The average water quality is between 26.90 ntu. 3.An education and training for street cleaners was held on May 12th, 2014 and March 16, 2015 in EPA′s building, and the achievement rate is 100%. 4.The load of street dust estimation task that took samples from 36 places was completed. The achievement rate is 100%. It is a major reference for project execution effect analysis and execution process quality verification. 5.This project’s survey of street cleanness was conducted during May to December of 2014, the length of the road overall is 1,448.4km, and the result shows the grade of the roads are mainly grade A. 6.During the winter time where the dust increases on the riverbank of Jhuoshuei River, there are often severe air pollution and therefore threatening the health of the citizens. Through the cooperation with elementary and middle school in 6 villages and towns, we are able to make the children to become more self-aware of the air pollution. There has been six public events overall. 7.So far, Eight villages have adopt roads that overall length is estimated at 315.3 kilometers. Then EPA and the villages can manage the street-dusts together and creates good propaganda as well as the cooperation on fighting street-dusts. 8.Built 3 billboards that display the air quality beside the riverbanks where the suspended particles are most severe; it raises the awareness of the citizens along the Jhuoshuei River, and offers immediate personal protection response. 9.Set up game booth during the Art Carnival in Siluo Township and River King Festival in Shenkeng , Erlun Township during September 19th and December 11th of 2014. To engage and encourage citizens of the Jhuoshuei River district to involve in a quiz contest, where the quizzes are about the prevention of river dust, law regulations of EPA, and also the street-cleaning truck. This act will help to raise people’s attention of the project as well as the prevention of river dust. | ||
