應回收廢棄物稽核認證電子化系統應用規劃及稽核認證團體監督查核評鑑專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本年度工作可區分為規劃精進稽核認證作業、協助推動稽核認證電子化即時連線系統、協助執行稽核認證團體監督作業、檢討稽核認證監督制度及協助提升受補貼機構廠區環境品質五大項目。規劃精進稽核認證作業方面，本計畫完成規劃即時監控系統可開發之進階功能，並完成規劃遠端稽核認證作業模式。協助推動即時連線系統方面，本計畫已提出5項規劃方案，並辦理說明會及研商會協助受補貼機構使用稽核認證電子化即時連線系統。協助監督稽核認證團體方面，本計畫舉辦實廠觀摩、查核、評鑑作業及相關會議，提供監督作業所需之幕僚工作協助，並編製評鑑查核結果報告，供各稽核認證團體評選作業之參考。檢討稽核認證監督制度方面，本計畫分析近年監督委員所提缺失及建議，研提改善措施及修正建議，並透過常見缺失管控機制，降低常見缺失發生之機率，另完成稽核認證團體管制中心查核作業，以支援監督委員評鑑作業。協助提升受補貼機構廠區環境品質方面，本計畫規劃導入電子化控管作業，並依查核成果，編製輔導應回收廢棄物受補貼機構成果報告書。本計畫提高整體稽核認證制度作業效能及品質，並提升受補貼機構之廠區環境品質。 | ||

The Project of Supervision on Auditing and Certification Groups and of Application of e-Auditing and
| 英文摘要 | The project of this year was divided into five parts, including reinforcement on the auditing and certification system, assistance in promoting the real-time on-line system of e-auditing and certification, assistance in supervision on Auditing and Certification Groups, reviewing the supervision system of auditing and certification, and assistance in improving the environmental quality of subsided factories. First part of this project schemed out advanced functions for real-time on-line system of e-auditing and certification and planned a mode of remote auditing and certification. Secondly, this project suggested five programs and held symposiums to assist in implementing the real-time on-line system of e-auditing and certification. In-situ case observation, auditing, evaluation of Auditing and Certification Groups, and other relevant meetings, which were also assisted by this project, were held. Evaluation report compiled by this project after all the meetings can provide reference when Environmental Protection Administration chooses Auditing and Certification Groups. In addition, deficiencies and suggestions proposed by Supervision Committee members in recent years were analyzed to give advice on the auditing and certification system and to decrease occurrence of typical drawbacks through a monitoring mechanism. Meanwhile, this project conducted checking operations in control centers of Auditing and Certification Groups. This project also improved the environmental quality of subsided factories with e-control tools and compiled an outcome report, which showed how these factories improved their environments. This project increased operating performance and quality of auditing and certification system and improved the environmental quality of subsided factories. | ||
