資源回收成果展暨廢機動車輛回收宣傳活動專案工作計畫

中文摘要 (一)辦理資源回收成果展 本年度擴大辦理資源回收成果展,提供22個各縣市環保局展示攤位、環保署1個展示攤位及1個會場服務區,共計24個展示攤位,於 104/2/3~104/2/4(星期二~三),假臺北車站一樓車站大廳廣場(臺北市北平西路一號)辦理。 本次成果展共發放集點卡約2,000張,另估計流動參觀人潮,合計超過7,400人次。兩天的成果展共有41則網路媒體露出,包含聯合財經網、中時電子報、經濟日報、工商e報、ET today東森新聞雲、NOW news、蘋果日報等網路媒體平台,而蘋果即時新聞對本次成果展新聞 5天統計按讚超過15,000筆,並有多筆留言;1則工商時報報紙露出;3則影音媒體露出,包含動新聞、人間衛視及中嘉台北新聞,綜上,共計44則,達成在電視、平面及網路媒體露出新聞至少10則以上之目標;依照網路新聞媒體流量及發行量,本次成果展媒體觸及人數推估約235萬人次。 本次資源回收成果展宣導活動的辦理,除提供各縣市展現其資源回收成效外,並強化民眾對資源回收的認知,一般而言,個人認知會影響其態度,進而決定行為、改變行為、或是影響行為。透過本次成果展的辦理,除了建立民眾對資源回收的認知觀念,也可得知民眾對資源回收工作普遍也抱持正面態度,成為在生活中落實資源回收工作之基礎。 (二)辦理廢機動車輛回收全省巡迴宣傳活動 本活動以「宣傳廢機動車輛合法回收」為活動理念,採教材設計及遊戲等與民眾互動之形式,於高速公路休息站、本島監理站、量販店或配合縣市活動,舉辦42場次(分別於監理站:14場次、服務區:6場次、量販店:12場次及配合縣市活動:10場次),每場次半天以上(含)之廢車回收宣傳活動,總計宣傳人次共計5,417人,平均每場次宣傳128人次。 而每場次執行廢車宣傳之人員為曾執行過環保署「應回收廢棄物稽核認證團體(廢機動車輛類)」稽核認證作業,皆為具有廢機動車輛回收處理專業知識的同仁,並受過廢機動車輛回收作業相關教育訓練,在宣傳過程中,利用易拉展展示內容、電子教材等與民眾互動之方式,說明廢車回收管道及注意事項,並請民眾填寫意向調查表,完成後即可獲得精美宣導品,宣傳方式新穎且內容豐富扎實獲得民眾熱烈參與,有效達到宣傳廢車合法回收之目的。 本計畫廢車合法回收宣傳活動係運用互動遊戲的方式進行,有趣又新穎,民眾皆感到滿意及表示肯定,經本計畫利用意象調查表向民眾宣傳後,再輔以電子教材強化民眾廢車合法回收之觀念,最後宣傳結束再贈送民眾乙份精美宣導品,使民眾皆能瞭解廢車回收資訊及回收管道,並表示會將不再使用或不敷使用之廢車辦理回收作業,並於車體回收後會至監理站辦理車籍報廢作業。 (三)文宣品及宣傳品設計與製作 本計畫已完成印製廢車回收宣傳海報2萬張、靜電貼紙3萬張、宣傳品共計8,000份、及「媽祖遶境、臺灣乾淨」之筷子及叉匙組1,000份、環保摺疊碗800份及宣傳活動旗隊服裝350件,並完成郵寄海報作業;而前揭文宣品之設計稿及宣傳品之樣式、數量均經環保署同意後完成製作。
