桃園縣農地土壤污染控制場址改善計畫(第二期)監督及驗證工作

| 英文摘要 | The main tasks of this project include supervising, verification and providing technical support for the “Pollution improvement project(II) and pollution improvement task(A, B) for he farmland soil pollution control sites at Taoyuan County, Taiwan”. We have played a fair role in supervising the improvement of the heavy metal polluted soil sites to meet the soil quality standards for agriculture land. There are 78.56 ha of polluted farmland to be cleaned up. For the technical support, our tasks were to establish the standard operational procedures for the inspectin of the soil pollution control sites, for the schedule management system for the clean-up works, and for decommission the control site once it is cleaned up. So far, there are 61.02 ha of polluted land been cleaned up and verified. Out of them, 60.54 ha has been approved via 1,165 varification samples which analyzed all the six required heavy metal items. For technical support works, we have completed: (1) formulate the SOP for the inspection of the project sites, and have completed 11 inspections, (2) planning and implementing the project management systems, (3) farmland control sites management in Taoyuan city, (4) assisting the City Government to hold 21 project conferences, and (5) the assigned tasks by Taoyuan EPA. | ||
