Waste management in Taiwan has developed very unique waste disposal process and recycling system by absorbing international experiences and internalizing for 30 years. We refer to the development of Japanese overseas mineral resources to turn our waste management into resource management and plan to relocate our experiences abroad. Not only can improve the environmental problems, but the purpose of recycling also be achieved. Through cooperation or importing specific renewable materials into our country, we can expand the source of venous industry and make use of the public-private partnership to reach a domestic and international win-win green business.
The plan will start with five directions, including management system assessment, treatment technology assessment, partner selection, financial planning and cooperative program of main country. Initially, we can collect and archive the documents including domestic management system. We estimate a central communication platform after integration assessment. Later, we estimate the guidelines for technology export. According to the partner countries, we set up the program of abroad development. We summarize the green finance, and establish a perfect system of application. Finally, we hold four forums with experts as well as scholars. They will offer some advice and let us understand the willingness and problems of domestic industry. We focus on the possible way, Kuwait and Vietnam, and propose the cooperation program.
