103年度雲林縣土壤及地下水污染調查及查證工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | (1) 計畫已完成今年度四季共計96口次場置性及區域性監測井外觀巡查維護及內部功能檢查工作。而例行性枯、豐水期地下水監測結果，並未有項目超過地下水污染管制標準。 (2) 列管場址驗證作業：今年度執行「璟美環保科技有限公司所設乙級廢棄物處理場衛生掩埋場)」地下水污染控制場址地下水查驗作業，已完成掩埋場用地內地下水查驗井增設，以及新設井與下游監測井中總酚、五氯酚、2,4,5-三氯酚及2,4,6-三氯酚查驗作業，檢測結果均低於地下水污染管制標準。北港鎮溝皂段1391地號農地控制場址已完成驗證採樣作業，驗證結果均符合土壤污染管制標準，建議上述場址依據土污法第26條內容解除控制場址之列管作業。北港鎮溝皂段1463、1464地號農地控制場址土壤驗證結果中，仍有1463-RS01採樣點鉻濃度為257mg/kg、1464-RS01採樣點鉻濃度為490mg/kg，超過土壤污染管制標準，建議要求污染行為人持續進行污染改善作業。 (3) 緊急應變工作依照環保局指示已完成18件相關土壤地下水採樣分析作業。其中除土庫鎮奮起段1089~1090地號農地TPH超過土壤污染管制標準，虎尾鎮台灣色料廠鄰近棋盤厝中排底泥1米處仍檢測出「鎘」、「鉛」超過「底泥品質指標上限值(鎘：2.49mg/kg、鉛：161mg/kg)」外，其餘場次調查結果均符合相關法規標準。 (4) 行政支援工作：共計完成3季次地下儲槽網路申報及資料審查作業、3場次法規宣導說明會。 | ||

The Survey of the Soil and Groundwater Contamination in Yunlin County in 2014
| 英文摘要 | For the environmental sustainability, the program of “The Survey of Soil and Groundwater Contamination in Yunlin county in 2014” has been advanced, which involves groundwater monitoring wells maintenance and groundwater investigation in both dry season and wet season, to supervise and verify pollution remediation of regulated gas stations, advertisement of gas station regulations, dealing with emergency cases, and administrative assistances. The plan had been executed from January 22th 2014 to December 31th 2014, and the results of implementation are summarized as follows: Firstly, the task of groundwater monitoring wells inspection has been implemented quarterly and there were totally 20 maintenance works finished. All slug tests of groundwater monitoring wells were completed, and four purges of monitoring well were implemented according to the slug test results. Besides, there were 10 monitoring wells surveys accomplished in both dry and wet season, and whose results all less than Groundwater Pollution Control Standards. With respect to the mission of to supervise and verify pollution remediation of regulated gas stations, there were three control sites had already been verified. However, the results indicated among those three control sites, one still exceeded Soil Pollution Control Standards and which should be to restrain until remediation finished. There were entirely 18 emergency cases implemented during plan period. The survey results demonstrated one soil sample of Tuku Township and a sediment sample of the canal close to Taiwan Colors ＆ Chemicals CO., Ltd exceeded those of standard. There were triple times gas stations network declaration finished, and the work team had also accomplished examination and kept tracking the incomplete declarations.
