102年度空品不良期間加強濁水溪沿岸街道揚塵管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫透過專案實際執行洗街作業，整頓其高負荷道路，為有效降低因濁水溪裸露地揚塵引起之空氣污染，特針對濁水溪沿岸地區(林內鄉、莿桐鄉、西螺鎮、崙背鄉、二崙鄉、麥寮鄉)於該年(102年4月11日至103年4月10日)執行機具洗街總長度37,236.6公里，約可削減TSP達513.9公噸，PM10約可削減達96.8公噸。 並配合街塵負荷檢測36點次，掌握全年髒污改善程度，分析達成污染減量成效，藉以修正現有規劃路線，並督導查核各街道清潔是否確實執行及擬定標準作業程序，使空品不良期間能更為有效執行，並紮實計畫作業量能，以改善懸浮微粒污染情況，降低車行揚塵所造成之空氣污染，進而提昇民眾生活品質及降低民眾陳情案件。 另辦理濁水溪沿岸居民前期滿意度調查1,200份，總達成率100%。問卷調查對環保局街道洗街作業的滿意度結果為七成。使濁水溪沿岸民眾提高對於本縣管制揚塵問題之瞭解，並達其宣導之目 | ||

The project of poor air quality during Cho-Shui-Hsi coastal strengthens street dust control for 102 year.
| 英文摘要 | This project aims to clean the major roads in YunlinCounty via street cleaning operations. This operation is hoping to effectively reduce the air pollution that is cause by the dust from dry shores of Zhuoshui River, and the target regions where the rivers runs through are: Linnei Township, Citong Township, Xiluo Township, Lunbei Township, Erlun Township, and Mailiao Township. It has completed 37,236.6 kilometers in one year (From April 11, 2013 to April 10, 2014.) And total suspended particulate matter (TSP) reductions estimated 513.9 tons and particulate matter (PM10) reduction is around 96.8 tons. Also, we have used the data which was collected over the thirty-six occurrences of street cleaning to gain an overall acknowledgement of improvements for future’s reference. To see if we have reached our goalof reducing the particles and to improve our current planning routes. To examine if the street cleaning has been carried out successfully and efficiently, and making the air to be cleaner during the season of high air pollution. To decrease the floating particles that is caused due to the traffic and increase the quality of the citizen’s daily life as well as the satisfaction of the filed complaints. In addition, we have started a survey with the residents that reside on the shores of the Zhuoshui River, the total number of the survey was 1,200 copies, and the all the participants have answered their survey. The survey was focused on the level of satisfaction of the street cleaning, overall the residents showed 70% of satisfaction. It helps to raise the awareness of local residents about the Environmental Protection Agency’s dedication towards the determination to lower the air pollution in our county. | ||
