103年度臺南市移動污染源稽查管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要工作內容包含：稽查未定檢車、定檢率提升作業、低污染車輛推廣、定檢站管理、新設及既有充電站維護作業及辦理宣導活動等，工作清單如表1所示。報告統計期程為自103年1月22日起至103年12月31日止，目前各項工作執行成果如表2所示。 本計畫需稽查未定檢車10萬輛，統計至12月31日止共完成未定檢車稽查101,124輛，分別為使用車牌辨識系統稽查79,061輛及人力路邊巡查22,063輛。未定檢車輛攔查作業須完成1,800輛，於計畫期間內完成攔查未定檢機車1,824輛。 計畫期程內需寄發定檢通知明信片100萬張，已寄發完成103年度2月至104年1月明信片通知數，共計發1,000,209張，完成工作目標。催檢通知須寄發35萬件，完成寄發351,726件催檢通知，每月通知數量皆達13,000件以上。 移動式定檢車空區服務，計畫目標數為450輛次，截至12月31日止共檢測551輛次，達到預定工作目標。二行程機車不定期路邊攔檢作業本年度須完成3,000輛，共攔檢3,097輛次，完成預定工作目標。 民眾陳情案件辦理成效：案件通知檢驗率43.21%、應處分案件處分率100.0%、案件辦理時效為11.83日、獎金及獎品發放率為99.41%及獎勵金發放時效20.3日。 協助環保局辦理二行程汰舊及新購低污染車輛補助作業，自補助日起至12月31日止，二行程汰舊補助共17,000件，新購電動機車共補助50件，汰舊二行程機車換購電動機車27件，LPG車共補助31件，油電混合計乘車共補助13件。 本計畫須維護本市219站電動機車充電站，並且每半須進行維護作業一次，共計完成維護440站次電動機車充電站。並於計劃期間內完成增設10站電動機車充電站，及增設27站充電站電表。 為維護定檢站檢驗品質，本年度需定期查核定檢站782站次及不定期查核180站次，並執行實車查核及氣體查核，截至12月31日止已完成定期查核定檢站782站次、不定期查核253站次、實車查核97站次及氣體查核86站次，完成預定工作目標。 | ||

Mobile Sources of Pollution Control and Inspection Project of Tainan City, 2014
| 英文摘要 | The quantity goals of this project achieved are as the follow table. The main duty of this project is to maintain the motorbikes periodic inspection system. Several strategies are executed. The periodic inspection informing postcards were mailed to the motorbikes owners monthly. Non-inspected motorbikes were screened by the project staff, including 2 checking ways: the on-road running motorbikes are captured by Plate Auto Identify System; the parked ones are checked by the staff. All the owners of non-inspected motorbike were informed again. By otherwise, the inspectors examine the emission by motorbikes of roadside running no matter that periodic inspected or not. This project also provided free inspection service for the country area where there is no motorcycle exhausted emission inspection stations. In order to control the high-pollution motorbikes, which had been reported more than 4 times were recalled to inspect opacity and the concentration of CO and HC. The other major objective of the project for the management of the motorcycle exhausted emission inspection stations at Tainan, based on the data and results of the audit, motorcycle exhausted emissions inspection stations in accordance with the results of appraisal grading, to manage the different levels of motorcycle exhausted emission inspection stations. The objective is to use hierarchical management, improve the quality of Tainan regular inspection station. To keep the quality of the periodic inspection stations, checking the stations regular and irregular. Several propagating activities were held-- all the advertising activities were to remind people and propagate the concept of annual inspection, promotion cleaner vehicles and replacement of 2-stroke motorcycles.
