This project will assist to maintain the low carbon sustainable homeland project office works properly, and cooperating with Environmental Protection Administration to planning and implementation of low carbon sustainable homeland project.Addition to continuation of the previous plan, there are two operational functions that Taichung city government conducting, including green transportation, legal and economic fiscal and taxation tools, against the action plan to analysis in financial viability, technical feasibility and reproducibility.
Cooperating Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan to promote “"Low-carbon sustainable homeland certification and evaluation system" and to assist the administrative operations. Counseling jurisdiction of the District, Taichung City, the relevant agencies and organizations involved in certification and evaluation system. Founded panel in district to conduct rating review case of job applications for accreditation. And to assist with attendance fee, examination fee of appropriated, verification and other administrative operations.
In addition, this project is also responsible for assisting the central living area of the pooled results of the project and the action project management certification exam matters.And to set up the website of Taichung low carbon sustainable homeland , so that people understand the relevant information of low carbon sustainable homeland, in order to achieve the vision of a low carbon sustainable homeland.
