廢輪胎橡膠瀝青鋪面應用拓展暨監測計畫

中文摘要 本計畫計以推動橡膠瀝青鋪面試辦工程為工作核心,搭配實務技術建立,透過輔導訓練執行,推展試鋪與監測成效作業,期以拓展開國內橡膠瀝青鋪面的應用。援此,本計畫工作內容主要涵蓋五部分:(一)橡膠瀝青實務技術建立與輔導訓練:引進橡膠瀝青機具並完成橡膠瀝青拌製機組的運轉測試,建立適合國內發展的產製技術,配合輔導訓練作業執行,使技術完整導入國內工程應用。(二)橡膠瀝青試辦工程推動與成效評估:以展現橡膠瀝青鋪面特性為目標,首選快速道路為優先推廣標的,獲交通部公路總局支持,分別完成台61線道橋面及路堤段兩段不同型式道路試鋪,並分於兩段路進行橡膠瀝青與一般瀝青比對監測。依目前監測結果顯示,橡膠瀝青鋪面確實提供較佳的安全與舒適度,且優於一般瀝青鋪面。(三)橡膠瀝青技術規範及手冊編撰:另由新北市板橋區市區道路試鋪工程,驗證國內之營造廠具橡膠瀝青鋪面鋪築能力,綜整實務技術與品管機制,彙編完成工程施工規範與手冊,作為後續技術普及應用指引。(四)掌握國際上橡膠瀝青產業的脈動:藉出國參訪交流與資料蒐集,確認橡膠瀝青鋪面屬技術純熟的道路材料,若要擴大使用率,搭配政策推助外,工廠化發展亦為各國推動趨勢。(五)廢輪胎膠粉多元物質利用途徑研析:國內橡膠瀝青的發展,政府部門政策配套為關鍵,另工廠化技術,在現有現場拌製基礎下,應可成為廢輪胎膠粉主要利用途徑,但仍待評估市場與材料規格適用性問題。另就多元廢輪胎膠粉物質利用觀點,朝混凝土材料等應用技術評估,應具可行性。

A Promotion and Subsequent Monitoring of Field Trial Using Asphalt Rubber on Road Pavements

英文摘要 The core work of this project was the trial work of promoting asphalt rubber pavement, and the creation of practical technique. The trial paving and monitoring inspection operation would be promoted through the execution of coaching and training, in order to developed the application niche of asphalt rubber pavement in our country. Therefore, the work content of this project mainly contained 5 parts: (1) Creation and training of practical asphalt rubber technique: Introduced asphalt rubber machine and finished the commissioning test of asphalt rubber machine, set up the production technique suitable for domestic development, cooperated and carry out the training operation, and made the technique channel into the application of domestic project completely. (2) Promotion and effectiveness assessment for trial work of asphalt rubber: The goal was to display the characteristics of asphalt rubber pavement, selected the highway road as the popularizing target preferably, which was supported by the Directorate General of Highway, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, finished trial paving in two different sections of No. 61 Highway between line bridges and embankment segments. The asphalt rubber pavement and general asphalt pavement were compared. The present result showed that the safety and comfortableness of asphalt rubber pavement was really better than general asphalt pavement. (3) Compiled asphalt rubber technical specification and manual: Promoted the trial paving for the urban roads at Banqiao District of New Taipei City, which proved again that the domestic construction firm has the ability to build asphalt rubber pavement. Comprehensive whole practice technique and product were in charge of the mechanism, collected and finished construction standard and manual, popularized the training and guiding as subsequent technique. (4) The pulse of international asphalt rubber industry: Through the abroad visited and exchanged and data collection, it is demonstrated that the asphalt rubber pavement belong to the skillful road material. If it was going to expand the utilization rate, except matching the policy promotion, the factory development is also the promotion trend for various countries. (5) Studied on multiple utilization routes of waste tire rubber powder: The development of the domestic asphalt rubber, the policy of government department formed a complete set for the key. Under current existed mixing basis, the factory technique should be able to become main utilization route of waste tire rubber powder, but still had to assess the applicability issue of market and material specification. As for the utilization viewpoint of waste tire rubber powder substance, it will be feasible to assess towards application technique such as the concrete material etc.
