The global environmental crisis caused by climatic change has become the biggest challenge for all human beings this century; it is a serious problem that we all must face together. To cope with this global crisis, the governments of all countries have begun to actively promote all kinds of climate-related programs. Although Taiwan is not a member of the UN, as a member of the global village, we cannot keep out of the affair.
The plan is to arouse the awareness of community residents throughout Taiwan and change their lifestyles through environmental education and subsequently implementing relevant programs to cope with the challenges brought by climatic changes.
