建立支撐式液態薄膜平台以純化應回收廢棄物之稀有資源(2年之第2年)

中文摘要 台灣LED照明光電產業供應鏈完整,其中LED光源產量全球第一,產值第二,市占率僅次於日本,故螢光粉中的釔金屬對於我國之產業影響深遠,因此螢光粉內釔離子之回收與純化濃縮所帶來的經濟效益不容小覷。本研究使用具分散反萃取相支撐式液膜(Supported Liquid Membrane with Strip Dispersion,SLMSD),利用中空纖維膜(hollow fiber module)回收與純化濃縮廢螢光粉內之釔離子。本研究經 5N HCl 酸浸溶蝕廢螢光粉,可溶出約 95%以上的釔離子,再以0.25 M之酸性萃取劑二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(D2EHPA)與稀釋劑(Isopar-L)混合作為有機相、7N HCl作為反萃取劑,可回收約90%以上之釔離子,濃縮程度約3.3倍。 全世界手機普及率越來越高,全國鋰電池用量逐年增加,故廢鋰電池中的鈷金屬對於我國之產業影響深遠,因此鋰電池內鈷離子之回收與純化濃縮所帶來的經濟效益不容小覷。本研究使用具分散反萃取相支撐式液膜回收與純化濃縮廢鋰電池內之鈷離子。本研究經6M HCl酸浸溶蝕廢鋰電池粉,可溶出約95%以上的鈷離子,再以0.25M之酸性萃取劑二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(D2EHPA)與稀釋劑(Isopar-L)混合作為有機相、6M HCl作為反萃取劑,可回收約65%以上之鈷離子,濃縮程度約2.2倍。

Purification of rare resources recovered from regulated recyclable waste by supported liquid membran

英文摘要 The LED lighting optoelectronic industry of supply chain integrity in Taiwan. The yield and production value of LED light were respectively the rank of first and second in the world, among market share just behind Japan. As a consequence of economically important and limited resource, material recovery has received a great attention from this study. Moreover, the waste fluorescent powder of metal yttrium (Y) has a strong influence on the industry in Taiwan. Therefore, recovery and purified concentration of Y ions within the fluorescent powder is very important. This study recovered and purified Y ions within the waste fluorescent powder by a supported liquid membrane with strip dispersion (SLMSD) technique. The results showed that Y ions can be leaching more than 95% that by using 5 N HCl dissolved the waste fluorescent powder. When using mixture of acidic extractant 0.25 M di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) and diluent (Isopar –L) as organic phase as well as 7 N HCl as stripping agent, the experiments got more than 90% Y recovery rate and 330% concentrated rate. This study also recover the cobalt (Co) from waste lithium (Li) batteries. With increasing the mobile equipment, the use amount of Li battery increases every year. Therefore, recovery and purified concentration of Co ions within the Li batteries, that the economic benefits can’t be underestimated. In this study, using hollow fiber module recovered and purified Co ions within the waste lithium Li battery by a SLMSD technique. The results showed the Co ions can be leaching more than 95% by using 6 M HCl dissolved the waste Li batteries powder. The mixture of acidic extractant 0.25 M di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) and diluent (Isopar –L) as organic phase as well as 6 M HCl as stripping agent, the experiments got more than 65% Co recovery rate and 220% concentrated rate.
